Five Guys — Restaurant in Gulfport

I want to commend the entire staff of 4 amazing human beings who not only made me feel welcome but also took care of me. Chris, in particular, was wonderful, tending to whatever I needed even though he was on break. I needed extra mayo, he offered to get it, so I did not have to get up. I dropped napkins on the floor, & he got up to get them, but I got to him first. At one point, I was resting my head on my hand, & he asked if I were okay. Again, he was on his break & did not have to do anything. I explained to him that I have recently been in the hospital for 3 weeks, that I am constantly tired, & tend to drop things, & that the burger was so good I was just enjoying it with my eyes closed. I did not get the names of the two ladies who were working (I am sorry!), but they were very sweet & wonderful as well. So, to Chris, Patrick, & the 2 ladies who made my fantastic burger, I appreciate how you all took care of me. I will definitely be back. Thank you so...

Had to give an undserved star in order to give a reveiw .. but here goes .. Stopped in yesterday afternoon about 4 p. Ordered on line an was told like 5 min. Went in told the person who i was picking up for an he basicly ignored me so im waiting and he is placing bags on a shelf so i aske if it was done yet .. i again told hime the name and he didnt bother to look at the bags so 10 minutes later i asked again told him what the order was .. and gee it had been sitting there the whole time !! I got kind of loud expressing my disappointment and he dumps like 3 or 4 orders of fries in the bag .. no apology.. Will not be back .. O the brgers were dry gritty over cooked and tasteless .. thank you for reading eveyon be safe...

Got 4 burgers and 2 large fries for the family today. Ordered it 2 hours ahead of time online and when I arrived they were just finishing up the fries and bagging everything up (I was 5 minutes early). All 4 of us had different things on our burgers and they were all 100% accurate. The taste of the burgers is truly amazing. You would be hard pressed to find a better cheeseburger. The fries were also wonderful, you could tell that they weren't processed, simply sliced potatoes that had been fried and seasoned perfectly. They are a little more expensive than other fast food places, but I would gladly pay more for quality food like this. Will definitely be...
