Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Gulfport

Came here for the day of giving. The way they do the accentuating of subs with toppings is a little different than used to. I noticed so I’ve tried to make it a point of being in front of the counter when they make the subs. I came on the day of giving around 7-730pm. I gave them the same condiments for both subs- one parm cheese bread one white wrap. Was in a line so didn’t get back to be in time to watch the sandwiches being made which is not what I’m used to at all. Made the hot chicken sub on white bread instead of parm cheese. Made the #16 as it says on the order a number 8 - no bacon no roast beef. None of the condiments ordered besides the lettuce and tomato. Not the first time an issue here. Bought and donated to the charity which I do regularly and always on this day for 4-5 years and just don’t appreciate the lack of efficiency regarding this. I have atleast one picture of the club sub order and it being wrong if needed. So I sent someone there on 07-24-23 @ 11 11:30 to grab a sandwich and whoever the cashier was she accidentally put the wrong order in which charged about a 4 dollar difference lower than the actual amount as my friend walked out she realized that they made a mistake so her trying to be honest she went back in to let them get the 4 dollars off and the cashier then refunded the money recharged the card which the money wasn’t on the card mind all of this was done through cash app which can take up to 14 working days for a refund so now no money because the cashier made a mistake and then the cashier says that she can’t let her leave with the food after she had already walked out of the door with the food to begin, truth is the common decent thing to do was to not worry about the 4 to begin with because now there’s a sandwich that was made that wasn’t paid for so everybody loose because of an unprofessional cashier’s mistake. What I witness tonight outside was mind blowing and a parent waiting on her child to come out , no corporate number online I will call in the morning no child should be treated that way with what I saw it young men out here running the streets you got a young man working mind blowing whoever the guy that was in his face action needs to be taking , the mother was trying to text her son and ask what is going on but this man should not have been in his face I started to call the police but the mother was trying to call and text her son we have to be mindful this young man could be in the streets I’m a pastor and that is not right for this to happen , no corporate number red flag but I will find a owner of this store and manager...
