I would recommend you don't go to this store around this time. The workers were very unprofessional. I got to the drive thru and they welcome customers (or specific looking customers) by saying "what do you want?" I tried being very respectful saying thank you very much but it did not matter. I got to the 2nd window and the girl kept rolling her eyes when she looked at me. I asked for a cup holder because it was for me and my 2 sons. I continued to be nice and said thank you ma'am and she only replied with "uh-huh" and rolling hwr eyes as if I was someone she hated even though we've never met. There was not one moment where they acted professional. I trusted the order was correct because it was a basic order. We got home home to find out that the only part of my youngest son's meal they actually made was the drink. No part of his meal was made even though I asked if that was all of it when they handed me the large bag. I gave him my meal so that he didn't even up getting nothing and I'm gonna just make something at home to eat. If you go to this store around this time, expect very unprofessional service and you really need to check your bag before driving off to make sure your food is in there. It's hard to be an accident to forget both the burger and fries from a meal considering that's the whole meal. This place has had a habit of forgetting to put food in that customers pay for. Often times you have to wait a very long time as they don't seem to want to even do their jobs. I also think there's a racial prejudice in some of the workers there. Do not recommend going there until they get workers that can be professional ans...
Read moreI haven't eaten at McDonald's in years due to the bad food quality..and the food not tasting like..well..real food. So lately I've been reading many stories about how they have improved quality..the food tastes like food again as it did before it went to hell in the 90's..and to come by and see for yourself. Well..I did that tonight..and the food is even WORST than I remember it..and it was so bad that tomorrow morning I am calling their corporate office to get a refund for my order. I ordered a Big Mac with no onions, Chicken Nuggets, and large fries. The Big Mac came with onions and it's bread was dry and stale tasting. The hamburger patties were small and without any flavor. The lettuce was wilted. And the special sauce must be really special..because they barely put a teaspoon of it in my burger. The Chicken Nuggets didn't taste like chicken at all..nothing..all I could taste was semi-burnt batter. And the fries? Their most famous food item? Awful. Over cooked..slightly burnt..and dehydrated.
No more McDonald's. This will be my LAST visit to your establishment. If you ever TRULY improve your food..you better offer free coupons to try it because I will NEVER, EVER spend my hard earned money again on this garbage you serve to the public and have the nerve to call "food"..especially when there are other restaurants right across the street from you such as Whataburger and Sonic that truly do serve delicious food. And now if you'll excuse me..I need to find that corporate number to call them in the morning and get my money back for...
Read moreI dont think it's necessarily just this location. All the stores are suffering from slow service and a misunderstanding of the type of business they are. However, I'll judge this location on its own.
The drive-thru is extremely slow. You'd often do better going inside to order. However, if you go in, you'll essentially be required to order at the automated screen as it seems like they will actively avoid the register. If you do go through the drive-thru, you will most certainly spend 10-15 minutes before giving your order. You will then get to the front window and be parked, sometimes for over five minutes. There is no distinction on who gets parked. Usually anything that requires cooking gets parked. This is to artificially increase their speed of production. Once you get your food, you may discover your burger to be hot and fresh, but the fries likely are not. This is (speculation) due to them cooking the fries immediately while the rest of your order is taking much longer. They make your drinks immediately, but because of a lack of sufficient air conditioning in the building, most of the ice will be melted in the drink by the time you receive it. If it happened once, I wouldn't bother mentioning it, but it seems to happen more often than not.
Personally, all I really want from my McDonald's is hot, fresh fries. If my fries are cold, then it's a waste of a visit. The overall problem here is a lack of time-management and an understanding of their own...
