such a lovely, airy space!! great if you’re looking for a casual or fancier vibe! the owner (i believe), super kind guy, let me sample all flavors of kombucha and they were all genuinely delicious!! i went with blueberry lavender! (came back the next day for the hoppy mango…also amazing)! highly recommend—come out and support this new spot! service dogs only. but they do have a small outdoor standing area that having a dog would be acceptable.

My wife is Hispanic and her mom catered empanadas for many years, and even she agreed the empanadas were FANTASTIC. Prices are very fair and we had a great time sitting with the kids and enjoying our cocktails.

As a kombucha lover, I was so excited to find a kombucha taproom since they're not common.

We sat at the bar for quite a while and tried all of the kombucha they had on tap. The mango was my favorite, but they were all great. I believe the bar tender was the owner. He was super friendly and helpful.

We took a growler home with us. My only complaint is that I can't get it closer to Denver because this is better than any kombucha I've had there.

We were staying in Gunnison, but I would definitely drive here from...
