Subway — Restaurant in Gunnison

I usually love this subway, but tonight absolutely awful! I don’t know how this can be possible, but they were over staffed and it ruined our meals. There was one woman who must’ve been from corporate or higher up that was being very abrasive. She was confusing everyone because she was micromanaging everyone—customers included. I was trying to use coupons and she immediately took over my order when she saw coupons in my hand and did not give me the sandwich that I wanted. My boyfriend’s sandwich was probably right, but we wouldn’t know considering he didn’t get it. Because she was rushing everyone his sandwich seemingly went out with the gentleman in front of us. When we got to the register I tried to used two coupons which the cashier rudely told us we could not do even though I’ve done it before using the same promotion. So, we did not get the food we wanted, we paid more than we were intending and the service was so bad we didn’t feel it would be productive to go back.

I came back here to edit my review of this Subway, because I have seen a complete turnaround. The workers here are very polite and professional and fun. They are also really good about making my sandwich the way I want it. The entire place had a lot of customers but the workers were working hard and everyone had a smile on their face. The sandwich they made me was really yummy and I think much of this was because they actually listened to me. The food tasted very fresh and they were well stocked but what impressed me most was the way that the employees worked as a team. The employees were playful, friendly, professional, clean, hard working. Honestly one of the best experiences I have had in a Subway or really any restraunt lately. I've been to this subway a lot and never once had a bad experience they keep it clean professional and they are very kind with a customer is always right attitude if you need a quick bite and you tight on cash I would suggest the subway here in gunnison.
