Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Gurnee

So, my husband and I were deciding where to get pizza and it was between Domino's and here at Pizza Hut. Needless to say we should have went to Domino's! The pizza gets here on time but forgets the diet pepsi so now we're trying to eat while it's still hot and have nothing to drink, As I started eating some garlic cheesy knots I noticed that there was no cheese and that it was all stuck to the pan so I ate another, no cheese, and another no cheese then I finally got one with cheese and it was pretty awesome. I still would have liked all of them to have had cheese in them. Then the pizza was half mine and half my husbands and his half was good but my half was drenched with Italian sausage and pork sausage and all i could taste was sausage. I'm sorry but this was way more than their allotted amount since i was told that they measure it. I also had pepperoni, mushrooms, ham, & black olives and you could still taste nothing but sausage! So I called and spoke to the manager and she told me that it's a measured amount that she couldn't do anything about the toppings I chose! She was happy to replace the $5.99 garlic knots but she acted like I was trying to get something for free! Hell they could have had it back, I literally couldn't finish 1 piece and I've ordered this type of pizza before and it was never that strong! Needless to say, I threw the rest away. This was just ridiculous. My husband and I are actually here for cancer treatment and we keep food in our room so we don't spend too much eating out and the one night we do it turns out completely disgusting! I use to love Pizza Hut! It's service and customer service has majorly gone down hill! Anyways, I'll never eat or come to another Pizza Hut and I'll be calling...

Today I used the pizza hut website and chose the location pizza hut Gurnee IL 60031. I chose delivery. The website asked for my address and how much I wanted to tip, it sent me a email about when it will be delivered, and a delivery tracker. When I called the store I spoke to a female. Then handed off to a male who was very rude to me. He yelled at me for being to dumb to use a website correctly, and that he will just refund the order and hun up, while I am trying to explain to him but he just hangs up. I call him back and he was even more rude. I'm thinking to myself why do you hate your job so much? I'm so angry and upset with this that I'm making sure this review gets to the owner and corporate. The pizza was horrible and when I called to get my credit back or refund back the employee started to argue with me. Why do u even order it here when you said u don’t like the pizza we make. I said to them this is how you going to do your customer service. Where is your manager or supervisor and he gives it to manager and the manager talks bad with a customer and hang the phone on me. Instead of solving it and lies telling me I m the manager which he wasn’t he seemed to be a young teenager arguing back with customers. I was told customers are always right no matter what.
