I don’t know if blame the location or the app developers. I ordered on the app because the line was almost outside the door. While ordering online I choose the pick 2 combo for $10.36 (half Italian sand w/cup of broccoli cheese soup) couldn’t even order a beverage through the app. Fast forward 15 mins later the food finally arrives the staff member told us they didn’t have any beverages to offer besides bottle water due to the boil advisory (which didn’t make sense when I saw other patrons enjoying various lemonade flavors around the dining room) so now I had to go get in line while my food turned cold to attempt to get some lemonade. Sure enough by the time I was able to order the lemonade they were sold out. Meanwhile getting back to my now cold soup and half sandwich I gobbled it down quickly but still felt hungry. I noticed on the regular menu the prices seemed low compared to what I had ordered and paid for through the app. After doing further price comparison I discovered that for $10.88 I could have received a FULL Italian sandwich and cup of broc soup instead of only half a sandwich and cup of broc soup for $10.36! Read moreRyleigh took my order, and I can confidently say I rarely receive such exceptional customer service. Upon entering, I was greeted by another staff member whose name I believe started with an “A." Ryleigh was incredibly patient as I asked a few questions, and she accommodated my requests perfectly. She even offered me a dessert, which I declined.
What truly stood out about Ryleigh was how welcome she made me feel in the store after I received my food. My order came out in about three minutes. I had a French dip sub and potato salad. While the French dip was good, I felt it could have been more tender. Normally, I go into detail in my food reviews, but this time, the food was fairly average. The only other comment I have is regarding the au jus gravy; it was quite watered down, and customers can definitely tell when that happens. It seems like they might regularly add water without replenishing the seasoning.
Returning to the customer service, my potato salad was not completely full, so Ryleigh offered to replace it, and the new serving was much better. She also checked in for a refill about three times, always with a smile. When I left, she gave me a cheerful goodbye. Usually, I just complain to my husband & leave it alone. Since this is the 2nd time in a row, I called.
