Taco Bell — Restaurant in Gypsum Township

Moved to derby about 5 months ago.I love taco bell and eat it regularly for lunch.Iv been to rock road location about 5 times during lunch hours.The food is simply horrible.Ask for Xtra Sour team for instance 3 out 5 times there was none.Each time Iv stopped it's been worse and worse.Just payed 7$ for cantina chicken burrito and kid you not it was 30% purple cabbage lettuce and cheese with about 4 little pieces of hard dried out chicken.Each time Iv been there it's been similar experiences.Whoever puts food together during lunch has habit of running out of low on any given ingredients and instead of filling it up they leave it off all together or you get tiny amount of very old product.Have had similar experience every visit . chicken and rice on items is usually hard as gravel.EXTREMELY poor attention to detail by workers and ownership for allowing it to continue so long IV eaten at basically every taco bell in Sedgwick and Butler county and hands down it's only one that seems to be guaranteed poor quality and just lack of caring Iv MAYBY ever seen in my 49 yrs on this earth.Im done I gave them repeated chances and it litterally seems like it gets worse each visit.WTH Derby residents deserve better!IV noticed almost every good review is generic 1 sentence reviews.Its clearly fake reviews added by ownership to counter...

I have visited this location about six different times and the food has been the usual Taco Bell... mediocre, fast tex/mex. Some of the employees are efficient and polite, some are not. Today, when I got home after ordering food from their drive thru, I noticed that not all of the paid for items were in the bag. Frustrating. Especially when you're ready to get home from work, and have a quick bite because you're super hungry. Mistakes happen, but it would be good business to "make things right" by being considerate enough to compensate with a food voucher or offer a complimentary item for inconveniencing the customer with their time and gas of having to drive back. Note: when I finally got home to eat, the steak on the Chalupa tasted scorched. So, NOT a happy customer, and will definitely consider some place else the next time I want to grab a quick bite. Another Note: the employee had excessively long nails, which is not in compliance with the US food and safety...

Visiting from out of town and came in for the Nacho Fries Box and the NBA Steal a Taco offer. I have to say I haven't had this good of Taco Bell in a long time. Back home they've gotten lazy, slow and the store is going to pot- dirty and run down. This Taco Bell however I got Super Hot, Fresh, and FULL PORTIONS of all my favorites-- even the fountain drink tasted better than back home! Can't beat the Nacho Fries when they are Hot and Fresh with Hot Melty cheese! YES! Thank you! (Wish you'd keep them permanently on the menu!!). Oh and I forgot to say FAST! I've gotten used to waiting 20-45 minutes for my food at my home location. Here it was out in about a minute!!! Restaurant was clean and seemingly well-maintained. This visit was everything I love about Taco Bell and have been missing at home. Thank you for bringing back Good Memories Derby Taco Bell!! Keep up...
