Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Gypsum Township

Classic Starbucks... You can order the same drink every time you go but it will never taste the same from one time to the next. Consistency is terrible... The other problem here is about half the time they forget to put all the ingredients in your coffee. Many times I have had to go back because they forgot to add espresso to a latte or I have gone to far away from the store before I taste it and just have to waste a $5+ cup of coffee. In fact just today when I got my coffee a young lady had to return to the store because they forgot to add espresso to her drink. I try to never go here, but its the only real Starbucks in Derby, KS. Starbucks coffee can be one of the best coffees you can get but, you'll rarely get that... If you would like a warm cup of milk or a Vanilla latte with no vanilla or espresso in it then this is the place for you.

This one microwaves their breakfast sandwiches too long to where the bread is hard. Last Sunday went in for drinks and it took forever. It looked like they had plenty of staff but whatever process they were using was not efficient. When the rest our party received their drinks and I was still waiting on mine for quite sometime after (I had ordered immediately after the others I was with), I approached a barista to inquire if they still had my order, she was irritated and said it was in line to be made. I said I didn't understand how mine was so much further behind the rest of my party when I had ordered immediately after them. So she threw some refresher powder in a cup with some water and ice and set it on the counter for me. I had to mix it up to make it look like the same drink I get from other Starbucks. I went to Starbucks to get a drink today. I usually go and there is no problem, but today it was ridiculous. First off I went in and I got my order taken which was fine the guy was very sweet and polite and I got my order taken and paid for in a timely manner. Howe ever I had to wait for one small pink drink for almost thirty minutes. They acted like they had no clue what they were doing, and they just talked about everything non work related. Other customers were getting aggravated as well, one man walked in to get his order taken and after he waited for at least ten minutes he just walked out without ordering, because nobody acknowledged him.
