This particular location is an absolute joke, pompous, arrogant, impolite, rude curly haired employee who has plenty of time to be outside vaping but is as unprofessional, rude, impolite and absolutely clueless when it comes to the decency of being a professional customer service person. Every attempt made at making small talk and chit chat was returned with snide, snotty remarks from a person with a serious attitude problem who INTENTIONALLY messed with me, on purpose, making me wait there while trying to make a payment.... Note EVERY OTHER TIME I had been to this store prior to this I was in and out thank you have a nice day..... zip zip zip in and out receipt printed no problem very friendly and eventually but this time, this condescending person with a serious attitude problem decided that you do not have to be polite to customers, you don't have to respect customers and you don't have to treat a customer how you would like to be treated..... Instead this very delusional privileged employee perceived everything I said as a personal attack against him, be wants to boss you around as though he has authority over you and you must submit to it which is an absolute joke and then he expects you to do as your told and you'll be given service if and when he gets around to it and as soon as I called him out on his EXTREME attitude problem, he called the police to come bail him out, crying and whining as though he was the victim when in actual reality he was the victim of his own arrogance and ignorance and needs to develop those customer service skills and not cry to the police like a fake victim who entirely created the situation that was immensely unnecessary and pointless in every conceivable way. After he called the police I immediately began using foul and offensive language with him because when someone calls the police on false pretenses because they have a very serious attitude problem they should be given some very harsh and truthful words and more so this ENTIRE SITUATION could have so easily been avoid by SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AND OBVIOUS AS BEING A POLITE PERSON AND HAVING A FRIENDLY ATTITUDE and maybe making the customer feel welcome instead of being mad that he hates his terrible job and takes out his anger and frustration on customers like an entitled, spoiled, privileged very rude person who is going to have a very rude awakening with that kind of attitude once he grows up and moves into the real world. Needless to say that I would never, ever consider going back to this store until I got an apology from the owner for such rude, childish and impolite...
Read moreIf I could give this location zero stars I would. This is the closest location to my home but every time we need to upgrade our phones we have nothing but issues. The employee turnover rate at this location has been at 90% since it opened. You will never deal with the same employee twice, and you will constantly deal with employees who have no knowledge about the company policies or computer systems to help you with your account. The employees don’t know how to calculate your bill when changes are made to the account, they tell you your bill will only increase X amount and then you get your bill a month later and it’s triple that amount. I’ve also had a situation where I upgraded my phone and the employee had linked my husband’s number to my phone and vice versa so I had to go back to the store so they could fix that. I went into upgrade my husband’s and mine’s phones today because he had an accident in which he split his screen. Since we have always paid for the insurance I was expecting to be able to pay the deductible towards the insurance and upgrade his phone. But instead I was told I had to drive to West Springfield T-Mobile to have them repair the phone in order for them to upgrade it. When I went to West Springfield the employee told me the phone was broken beyond repair and that I didn’t need to come to West Springfield. Do you not shop at this location. You will have...
Read moreThis store has offered nothing but the worst customer service. We came back to exchange (the very shoddy and poorly designed) iPhone 7 we got within the 14 day return period--on the 14th day. The employees there claimed that it was the 15th day; however, mathematically speaking--14 days=336 hours--and this was well before that. After extremely rude customer service from employee Josh, my wife called Sprint customer care. A rep. there said that Josh was in error and that she could indeed make the exchange. This rep was unable to call the Hadley store--because the store's phone number was not registered with Sprint (!)--but gave her a reference number, and told her to return there to complete it all. When she returned, she was told that this customer care rep. was the one in error and that the exchange was not allowed because it was reported falsely that she claimed to cust. care that she was within the 14 day period and not the truth of the matter: the original customer care rep. TOLD her it was OK. Essentially, she wasted a day off of work dealing with this gross incompetence, negligence and callousness. While a supervisor from Sprint is going to call her back to further discuss this, I would recommend that no one go to this location, and further, that they consider other...
