Arby's — Restaurant in Hagerstown

Stopped by here on my lunch break on Tuesday (round 7pm is my "lunch" ). Really nice staff, got my order super quick and everything was delicious.

I hate to be one of those people who complains about fast food prices, but I can't help but feel my order came out a bit pricey. I had a coupon where if you buy a brisket sandwich at reg menu price you get a free small fries and free small drink. They had a little trouble putting that coupon in, but no biggie they got it. I also ordered 2 turnovers, small order of jalapeno poppers and a beef n' cheddar (just the sandwich). With the coupon it came to nearly $13, which seemed just right for a good deal.

...but when I got home, there was no beef n' cheddar sandwich. So basically, 2 turnovers, sm poppers and a sandwich is $13 (cuz the fries and drink were free with coupon). They didn't charge me for the beef n' cheddar and I didn't check my bag before I left. But... I was definitely bummed when I got home.

I'm sure I'll go back. Despite being pricy, again the staff was super nice and got my order out crazy fast and the food I did get was really tasty. So overall, still a...

Ordered a specific sandwich via the drive-through service and instead of letting me know they did not offer that sandwich anymore, they gave me a completely different sandwich (and charged $10 for the sandwich). I called the "restaurant" and very politely informed them that I did not receive the sandwich I ordered. Instead of them offering to "make it right" or .....SOMETHING (granted...MAYBE it is my responsibility to know which items are available at every fast-food place on each given day)..Not even any kind of apology, however, she DID pretty much said too bad...you lose. Surprising enough, neither of us were impolite, rude, etc. however, the staff SHOULD inform the ignorant customers if they make a mistake and NOT just give them...

Ordered 2 roast beef sliders (and a few other things which were fine)... Which isnt anything new for me to eat from here. However, the bread of the slider was basically raw, so raw that it still had powder stuff on the bread itself from not cooking the entire way... Alsothe drive-thru person.. Through to speaker, was so rude with her tone of voice... I will NOT be coming back to this Arby's ever again... Such a shame since we go by here once a week.

Also, the gyro classic... Doesnt have classic gyro sause or ANYTHING on them at all besides meat, letter, and tomoatoe on a pita bread..... No gyro...
