Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in awhile. The two women working the drive thru were awful. One taking the order through the intercom was clearly annoyed she actually had to take an order. Very snappy and nasty tone. Come to the window, woman proceeds to put her hand out for a payment and says NOTHING. Snatches my card holds the drinks out the window until I grab them hands me my card back with no receipt and walks away. The other woman with the headset then comes, hands over my two bags and proceeds to slam the window shut as soon as I grab the bag giving me no option to ask for a receipt. Neither of the woman spoke a word at the window just made sure to take my payment and hand over food. To top it off the food was clearly old. Luke warm French fries and the meat patties had a crust over the outside showing they had been sitting for at least a couple hours and I ordered no lettuce and seams like they have a pre made burger they ripped the lettuce off and placed the bun back on due to a small piece of lettuce still stuck to the cheese. Same with the burger for my son’s kids meal, old meat probably past the time stamp yet still served by miserable employees. This was on 8/1/25 about 4:45pm since I don’t have a receipt. If your that miserable at your job probably should look for something that makes you happier instead of taking it...
Read moreI order food about an hour ago from the Wendy's on Dual Highway, up until today they took pride in their food and obligations pertaining to food offers.
I placed an order using my Wendy's app and selected one of the deals offered if I ordered from my mobile. I placed the order for a double stack 4/4 and a crispy chicken big bag to include my free pub fries.
I paid for the order through the app and drove to the drive-up window, I got the food and asked if my pub fries were included. The server said that pub fries weren't included, I didn't argue, my daughter warned me beforehand not to expect the deal. "She was right".
To add to the misery, once I got the food home, it was a total disappointment, I never, ever received a dried up burger and old fries from Wendy's. I know that we're in a pandemic but does the quality of food has to suffer.
This was a total waste of $10.56, to include not receiving the free pub fries for using the app. Just like I cut Burger King out completely for poor service, I just added Wendy's to my do not patronize list and I deleted the worthless app.

I stood in line for over 8 minutes before anyone made any eye contact with me, and that was only because I asked the employee (1 of 4) behind the counter if they were going to take my order. I was told, "we will once all the drive-thru orders are filled." When I asked if anyone had planned on letting me know about this, the same employee behind the counter informed me (with attitude) that it wasn't their job, it was the managers job. I believe I did notice a manager on duty but they seemed too busy dealing with other issues or doing the work of others. When I informed the employee that I would be taking my business elsewhere, she laughed and said something back to be but I was too far out the door to hear exactly what was said. I wasn't too surprised with the experience, I should have known better, just about every food chain on RT 40 offers a crummy experience with attitude. I won't be back.
