This place is absolutely horrible. There was food all over the floor (like a whole kids meal worth under ONE table), spilled drinks, sauce, and food on the tables, and donât even get me started on the bathrooms. The lady at the front counter who took our order, was the sweetest person ever. I didnât catch her name but she looked to possibly be Hispanic. She definitely deserves a raise. The food was pretty good, my bacon couldâve been crispier, but overall the food was decent.
Now, the bathroomsđ¤˘đ¤˘. First of all, there was no toilet paper in the middle stall. (I know, itâs not that bad, but it needs to be mentioned.) Then, the other stall had a full trash can with another full bag ON TOP of the can. The toilet wasnât flushed and the floor was nasty. Finally, the big stallđŹ. First off, the big stall was locked with nobody inside of it and no âout of orderâ sign. Then, as I am using the bathroom, an employee rushes in and I can hear her using something to unlock the big stall. And the next thing you know, the whole bathroom smells like weed. She sits in there for a good 5-10 minutes and smokes. I didnât see her name tag, but she had on a Wendyâs polo shirt, was working the drive thru window, had very long, black box braids, lots of tattoos, and I believe some on her face too. This is absolutely unacceptable. She then rushed back to her window WITHOUT washing her hands. And as I am sitting here writing this, the whole parking lot now smells like weed. Thank goodness I am traveling and donât live here.
All in all, the employee who was smoking needs to be fired, the front counter miss needs a raise, and corporate needs to do...
Read moreNo thank you, I will not "pull up to the arrow", especially considering there was not a soul behind me in the drive through. I get it, you have stats you want to pad, get the window dwell time down, so management can get their bonus or get corporate of your back. Regardless of your reason, it's not proper to ask people to move away from the window without their food, forcing them to wait on you whenever you decide to stroll on out (and reading the other reviews, I'm thinking I guessed correctly that staff there don't really give a darn about customer service). Then, when I declined, very politely I might add, your employee jumped straight to refunding my order. Well, not my first choice, I did come to a Wendy's for a reason, but if that's what you'd like.
Don't worry about me, though, I was able to get my lunch from Arby's next door in about the same amount of time it would have taken my food to get brought out to the arrow, so I'm good. Thanks for the experience, I now get a story to tell to anyone who suggests Wendy's in the future that maybe we should...
