I should have looked at the reviews first. I have never personally ordered from Dunkin. But it will be my first and my last! I ordered online for walk in pick up! Thankfully I did! I got there 15 mins after ordering and it looked like they had already finished making everything. Until I looked in my bag and it was missing a wrap. I looked at the sourdough sandwich, looked like a joke! Just looked like it was slapped together. When I mentioned that there wasn’t cheese on the sandwich. The lady apologized and took it back and put on the cold cheese and handed it back. I should have asked for it to be remade. After handing my wrap, they had asked if that was it. I told them they were missing my order of munchkins doughnut treats. There were four employees and three of them looked over order. The service was as if they were super busy!! There was a couple sitting down, which seemed like they had already ordered and were just chit chatting, My order, one drive through and one order for pick up. I could understand if they were trying to catch up but the business was literally so slow! I can say none of them were rude to me which was nice but i wouldn’t go there again. Under no circumstances should an employee have to work by themselves, especially during a busy day or if they have only been working there for 2 weeks. The wait time was long, and there were a lot of customers waiting for their order. He said that someone named kayla did not show up for their shift. If someone does not show up for their shift, it is their job and the mangers to find a cover. Shawn did a wonderful job for trying to keep up, I would give the review 5 stars just for him. He was trying his best considering the situation. And I'm sure he doesn't get paid enough to deal with taking care of a store all by himself. Employees and customers should not have to suffer due to staffing issues. Read moreThis was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with. I ordered a dozen donuts around 11:30 pm. I probably shouldn't have, but hey now I know better. The dunkin app said these donuts were available so we made the purcahse. I drive to pick them up and the gentlemen in the drive thru tells me they don't have any donuts. I drove all the way there, with no message, no call, nothing in advance about them not having any available. I asked for my refund and they told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to call it in. I call the dunkin 1-800 number but nobody ahs the authority to offer a refund. All they could do was open a case to have the store contact me. 3 weeks later and still no call.
