THIS PLACE IS PHENOMENAL 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 We visit FL every year from Connecticut and we never miss a trip to Flanigan's. We visited tonight and ordered the Meal Deal- Prime Rib, potato, side Cesar salad and included a drink and TO DIEEE for garlic rolls with butter, garlic and Parmigiano cheese bathed all over it. Not only was I shocked to see how generous the portions are, the price was unbelievable.... all of that for $18.99. We ordered the tumbleweed app, also delicious . The kids loved the mac and cheese, and the little kid meals were so cute, they got a little tattoo and skateboard along with their puzzle and crayons.. how freaking cute is that. Also, need to mention the service. Tonight April was our waitress and she was patient, attentive and so friendly- she really did a great job. 👍 I really love coming here every time I'm in FL it never disappoints. The to-go ordering online on their website is so easy. I was here tonight with my sister who lives in FL but never went to Flanigan's and she loved her food also. I can't get enough of this place every time I come to FL. F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Typical of most south Florida restaurant chains, customer service here means the customer is always wrong and should be treated with passive aggressive attitude. On 05/14 around 7:00 p.m., I placed a take out order containing a chicken sandwich with everything on the side. Once I returned home, I realized my order was raw down the middle. Not pink, not a little red- flat out raw. Fast forward three phone calls later and I was finally able to get a manager to answer. After discussing the matter with him, I reluctantly returned to the restaurant to have it substituted for a fully cooked sandwich. Lo and behold, the second sandwich was also served to me under-cooked. I called the manager back over who proceeded to given me a lecture on how it was just a "blood line and it isn't raw." I thought I was going nuts so I asked a customer next to me if he saw the raw meat and he fully agreed in disbelief. The manager took the chicken back for the THIRD time, had a line cook cut out the raw portion and comes back to educate me on how the rest of the chicken isn't raw and it was only the center portion so its fine. At this point I've given up trying to explain my position as it was clear that our understanding of "cooked" vs. "so raw it might as well be alive" differed slightly. Nevertheless, I pulled out my key chain flashlight and showed the manager the raw portions of the chicken. He insisted it was fully cooked so I thanked him for his assistance and left. (See uploaded photos of the raw chicken I received the THIRD time around.) I would be VERY wary of a seafood restaurant that isn't competent enough to fully cook something as simple as a chicken breast.

Today my husband and I decided to go to Flannigan's for lunch. We were both tasting good ribs, and have not eaten at this location for more than a year, so we went. Although I did read reviews since we haven't been by for a while, and they were not so positive, we made the MISTAKE of going. From the minute we entered, the hostess named Julie, (from her name tag) was unfriendly and cold, and seemed miserable to deal with customers. The place seemed dark, but it seemed cleaned. Bar was definitely full. Once we were seated, our server Hannah made us feel comfortable, after the hostess experience. She was attentive, nice, and she was overall on point. The food (at least our food) was terrible. Garlic breads were hard and cold, my Caesar salad was dry, and the biggest lettuce chunks that I have ever had in any type of salad. The loaded nachos (that I was dying for) were burned, barely cheese and beans over it, but covered in long pieces of lettuce and tomatoes instead. Then came the full rack of ribs. The ribs were burned and swamped with barbecue sauce. It was a great disappointment for us both. The only thing that was good was the sodas, and the service that our server Hannah gave to us. We won't be coming back to this establishment for lunch. Ever. Maybe try at another location.

15 Mar 2020 Our first time dining at Flanigan. Restaurant was hustling/bustling and full... But we got right in and really didn't wait long for our server (Anna Marie) to begin caring for us. As you can see in my pix, they've decorated for St Patty's day, nice touch... Looks good! My wife ordered the Cajun shrimp pasta, I ordered the 1/2 chicken, 1/2 rack ribs dinner combo. We enjoyed it all. My wife commented that there could have been a little bit more pasta and the seasoning could have been a bit more zesty. But she enjoyed her meal... Ate it all! I actually couldn't finish all the chicken and ribs... I ate half of each and the full baked potato. I normally clean my plate. I really enjoyed it, but was more than enuff for me. Lunch tomorrow! As for our server, she was so attentive and friendly! Soda cups never went empty, and she asked us at least 3 times if everything was good. She gave us a bit of nice conversation. She did everything right! For 50 bux including tip this was a good value. We got free green Flanigans cups too 😁 We will be back. Yummy!

We have been fans of Flanigan's for many years and try to visit various locations of theirs. This location was another good pick. We liked the happy crowd, the casual decor, the locals, the service and the food. It was packed last night so instead of waiting we were able to get a spot at the bar as someone next to us happened to be leaving. Our server, Patricia, who was also the bartender, was very nice, friendly and attentive. She took good care of us. We each had the Prime Rib with baked potatoes, the Rockin Ribs (sooo good) for appetizer, and Fried Shrimp with fries. Most of that went home with us because we had to make room for dessert. We shared Key Lime Pie and Dulce de Leche. Everything was very good except for my daughter's Prime Rib steak. It came out subpar and very dry. But Patricia came to the rescue and brought her another Prime Rib quickly, which was juicy and tasty! All was good. Parking was in front of Flanigan's. They are ADA approved. No pets allowed. We had a good time and will be back again next time time we are in the neighborhood.

We ate here on Thursday night - it’s only the second time I’ve been out to eat since the pandemic started and restaurants are starting to open back up They were very organized - as far as taking names & adding you to a waiting list before you even exit your vehicle when you came in to park they even sanitize your hands before you went to sit at a table and they had everybody socially distanced at the tables all the employees wore masks & gloves and I felt the restaurant was very clean - and I felt safe that they were following protocols for coronavirus/COVID-19 We had the salmon - grilled - and prime rib the food was very good - I ordered one drink - a dirty martini - and that was also very good portions were generous - and the food was fresh and hot - everything came exactly as we ordered it our waitress was Dorina - she was amazing! we had a fantastic meal - and the service was exceptional! Dorina really made the dining experience better than it would’ve been with just a food alone it’s because of her that will be back sometime soon!
