We recently engaged In Coffee We Trust to provide catering services for our gala event organized by Brickell Wall Street, and I’m delighted to say they exceeded every expectation.

From the outset, their communication was prompt, professional, and detail-oriented. They worked with us to tailor the menu to our needs, accounting for dietary preferences and guest count changes with ease. On the event day, their team arrived early, set up efficiently, and maintained a polished, organized presence throughout.

The quality of the food and beverage offerings was outstanding — everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. Guests commented on how impressed they were with both the visual appeal and the flavors. Great for Breakfast and Lunch. I recommend if you are on the go the chicken salad sandwich (excellent). The reason I did not give them a 5 star rating. They have the croissant and other pastries out in the open I see flies on them.
