Had a bad ear infection after a day of swimming in the pool. Woke up the next day felt like my right ear was under water and I cold only hear out of my left ear. After all the Google and YouTube remedies nothing worked. 3 days later went to urgent care. Doctor looked in my ear for literally 3 seconds said you have swimmers ear. I will have the nurse put in a prescription. Left there office pick up the ear drops. I used it as directed for 5 days. Didnāt feel any better. I was going crazy thinking something was wrong. My friend said you should go to a ent doctor. Search around for a doctor in my area and Dr Jay Youngās office came up. After reading several reviews I made a call to see if they had any same day appointments reference my discomfort. The front desk was nice enough to squeeze me in around 2pm. After meeting with the doctor I went straight into explaining my issue. He cut me off and said relax I promise we will get you back to normal Before you leave. Tell me a little about your self. We began talking and it broke the ice and before you know it he got to work as I was talking. You looked in the infected ear and said donāt ever go back to urgent care when you have ear issues. Those center donāt have the equipment to resolve the issue most people have with ear infections. He pulls out his fancy vacuum and went to work. Immediately after started the pressure was release and I could feel all the stuff coming out of my ear. With very little discomfort she he was donāt I felt like a million dollars. He checked the other ear and he said since your here Iām going to clean out this ear as well. He went to vacuuming and had to stop because I hard a large amount of wax build up sorry to be go graphic but Iām just so grateful I came to his office. When he pulled it out I was shocked. He finished cleaning out the other ear. He wrote me a prescription for a much better quality antibiotics and also recommend some nasal spray to help me sleep better at night. When I left there I get like I had the best hearing in the world for someone who is 38 and very active. I was hearing things I havenāt heard in a while cause I just got use to my condition with all the stuff inside my ear. Iām a very clean person and I always clean my ears. Dr Jay said this isnāt something you could have prevented. He said lots of people neglect coming to a ent but he recommended at least twice a year. Going forward he has a new customer for life. Keep up the great work Dr. Jay your a young doctor with amazing energy and you can see your passionate about what you do. 6 āļø if I could. Also donāt deal is friendly which is hard to come...

Return follow-up was scheduled for 07/15/2022. Two days later, Dr. J Young called inquiring how I felt and prescribed an alternate med. Dr. Young demonstrates phenomenal knowledge and compassion. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love going to see all the staff here, they are very professional, Excellent customer service, courteous, genuine and kind. The wait is not long at all. I was in there less then an hour. The only problem is parking. I hate there parking. I don't feel that patients should have to pay for parking under any circumstances to visit their doctors. The parking is horrible there, they have more spaces for valet parking then anything. Other than that if you're looking for a good ENT office this is this far the best of doctors you can ever encounter. I have been coming to them since 1992 I refuse to go...
