This is the worst McDonald's that I have ever been to in my entire life. I placed a mobile order for two guava pies a total of three dollars. As I waited by the box to place my order nobody answered so I pulled up to the window to greet a rude worker who yelled at me disrespectfully and told me"Oh you couldn't wait for me to answer, Get out of the window and go back again in line"I told her please don't do this I was next in line don't make me wait the line again I didn't know if the machine was working it's just a mobile order it's already paid for , to which I got no answer. she told me she was not gonna serve me unless I go and make the line again so I politely asked for a manager, When the manager got there she was yelling and telling me "what's the problem what's the problem"I proceeded to let her know the situation and that I would just like my two guava pies to her ignorance wouldn't allow her to hear my plea. She kept putting her hands in my face and said next next next what do you want me to do? At this point I said I don't give a shit about anything I just want my order that I paid for already to proceed and said I'm not gonna give you your order now since you wanna talk like that and started to call 911. The police arrive on the scene with five police cars, I'm thinking this was gonna be worse than it had to be but the police literally sided with me and started laughing and said this is the third time we've been called today at this location for similar situations. Told me this is the worst location and to never come back here. McDonald's took my money from my mobile order and never refunded me . So basically I was verbally assaulted, Police called on, Got my money stolen, Wasted my time And all for nothing because I went home...
Read moreWhere to start here...two ordering areas at the drive thru and both sides were fairly busy. I decided to go inside thinking maybe it would be faster. I was wrong. The drive thru wasn't busy because it was just busy, it was busy because the staff were obviously not being managed. It was totally a free for all. One employee asked another if they could make a large soda for him and the employee proceeded to leave the line, greet a friend and then go back to his station never once helping out. I don't blame the employees tho, this is on the manager. If you aren't managing your people then they're gonna do what they want to do and that's what they were doing, whatever they wanted. The staff were more interested in cracking jokes or leaning against the counters than getting the customers served. Now, savor the food... When I finally received it the items were clearly past corporate standards regarding how long food should be held. The nuggets were hard and somehow also chewy and the Big Mac looked like someone put it together an hour ago wearing a blindfold. I didn't waste my time even attempting to get it corrected, I knew it wasn't gonna happen. Be forewarned....
Read moreEMPLOYEE STOLE MY MOTHER'S PHONE AND MANAGEMENT IS COVERING FOR HER. My mother's phone was stolen out of the bathroom by an employee. We immediately went to the manager who denied and refused to cooperate with us. Only my mother and the employee were in the bathroom, my mother stepped out, immediately turned around to retrieve her phone and the employee scuttled out of the bathroom and behind the counter. Management is refusing to review the video and refusing to release the contact information for the franchise owner. The police responded and even then the manager refused to review the video. From previous comments, employee theft has happened here before (see comment about wallet left on table). We had to leave the location to go about our day, sadly knowing the phone is right there in the restaurant. I have called the location several times to request the owner's contact number but have been hung up on several times and now they are simply leaving the phone off the hook. I have since called corporate and they are putting me in contact with the owner. I will continue to work with law enforcement and the owner and hopefully get...
