I was visiting my fiance on florida this past weekend and we decided to take the family to the fair now he ended up losing his wallet and we had to drive back to Georgia the following morning which is today we looked everywhere for his wallet and could not find it. I had asked a lot of staff where would the lost and found go, now I will admit everyone that I asked was extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction, after searching for an hour and a half going from ride to ride we could not locate his wallet so I told him to call later on that night to see if anyone had turned it in well he spoke with the gentleman named Jeff, Jeff was extremely helpful although there sign say we are not responsible for lost items which is understandable but my fiance is playing to him that we were leaving to come back home and he had to help me drive but he was going to fly back to Florida he couldn't do that without his license so Jeff took it upon himself that every time they found a wallet they will call him he even went as far as taking a picture of the outside of the wallet to see if it was his. Long story short I got on the highway by myself and drove 13 and a half hours with a newborn in a 10 year old and by the time I got home Jeff called again and stated they had found his wallet in an awkward place so I am thankful for all the help that they had given us because the wallet had some important documents in it that we need it. Jeff went above and beyond customer service and he did not have to I really appreciate Jeff and I appreciate all the stuff that I asked for help that assisted me although I agree with some of the reviews with a little organization I will disagree if they say anyone was rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, and unpleasant. I mad a joke with my fiance that he lost his wallet I purpose so he wouldnt have to tale this long trip because the wallet was found after i got home, but We still have fun we had good food and they were very helpful go enjoy the...
Read moreWent my my husband and 2 kids under 2 years old. They charged us for me and my husband the entrance fee $20 , $10 each. They said kids under 2 were free. Inside you have to buy tickets for each ride, so besides the entrance fee you have to pay $20 to have a bracelet to play all day. In my case I could not ride because Im pregnant, but my husband had to buy one so he could take our toddler to the rides. Toddlers again didnt pay they said. Inside the fair the didnt let my kid to ride because he didnt have a bracelet. Dome rides there was no problem , other the left my little kid in the line.
Summary: For a toddler to ride you must pay your entrance fee, plus your braceket plus the kids bracelet So for us that was $20 + $20 + $20. Total $60 . Super expensive. We went to the Enchanted forest and its expensive but you only pay $35 at the entrance and you can use any ride with your kids included. (Under 2) If the boy is under 36' in this one , the wont let him ride either and wont let you go with him, In the enchanted forest you can ride with your kids with no problem.
Lousy customer service. My kids turn out very sad as in some rides they rejected him cause he didnt have a bracelet. And the guy on the ticket booth said it might happen or it might not. And continued looking at his cell phone whe I went to ask him. Hope he doesnt...
