Arby's — Restaurant in Halls Crossroads

Yes I have been going to that location for around two and a half years there is one gentleman at that location that I have became friends with through the drive-through window lol I knew him way before he was the assistant manager on the night shift and he is a young man I am so proud of him and very very professional and I bet it is his first job ever if not second so that is a keeper for sure and the food is always excellent I have work for you once before I have thought about returning back to you you are a very good company but I so happy to work that the wrong location that be wrong time with the wrong managers which I'm sure you would know all about that I worked I think at the corporate store in Powell when the manager hired me she was awesome but she was gone within 2 weeks and that went to a new manager and they wasn't as great as I thought they should be on keeping things up and then would get stressed but you have replaced that one too not telling the name so I do know a lot about you but this location here is far by one of the best always clean when I happen inside but mainly I go through the drive through window and I always enjoy your employees that have been very wonderful people great location I really can't wait to meet the manager at this location and I highly highly review your location for everybody to have a good warm healthy not sloppy very professional male with very humble and kindness from the staff I tip my hat off to that store and to the owner of the store but always remember the employees what work hard what let me do this review because how kind-hearted they have been thank you so much I will be enjoying my meal there very soon and I might be going into meet the manager soon just to let him know as well and that would be in the morning good Lord not even go back to work for you because I know it is rough on the fellow I am talking about what I've known to and have fears what is the manager or assistant manager all night shift at this location and I believe it would be a blessing to be on his shift to help him out with my knowledge and as well he is a good man I've been in this for many years but I'm semi-retired I am 60 years old and I was just looking for part-time help at a good place to work at very good atmosphere very good people do you have that at your location here I tipped my hat off to the manager the owner of that franchise and mainly to the employees I have contact with and thank them as well God bless you all and I will be eating there very soon...

Worst service ever! When we arrived we were told they were out if roast beef. Which is surprising since that is the main ingredient for most of their menu! Then the little girl working the drive through had an attitude. She couldn't have been more than 16! And clearly has no business working with the public. When we got to the window she refused to wait on us. And made someone else do it. When we ordered our food at the speaker I ordered my husband's food first and then mine. But the little rude girl only made my drink. And started laughing when the other girl handed it to me. I opened the lid and it appeared she spit in my drink. I promptly poured that out! I wish I had taken a photo I asked for a Turkey BLT I got 2 very thin slices of turkey. The bacon...what I got of it....was like yesterday's, hard as a rock and just 2 tiny little pieces. Not even stripe of bacon. I'm talking 2 pcs , possibly 2" long , and almost black. A very hard tomato and wilted lettuce. I've never actually even order a market fresh sandwich but this was the worst I ever had. It was cut in half, so I took the turkey and bacon🤏 and put it on the half piece of bread.
