Been through again on the way home. This is the second or third time they've given me a drink for free. I've come through to just order a large drink and they've given it to me at no charge. They've done that to my wife and I two or three times. Very sweet of them. I just hope no one gets in trouble.
Another update 8/28 854pm So.. again pulled into the drive-thru sat by the speaker for several minutes no one said anything or acknowledged me finally I pulled around to the drive-thru window where I could see people inside. Mind you the drive-thru sign was on the lights were on the ordering sign was on yet someone finally looks at me and goes and gets someone else and then someone comes over and through the window says we're closed. The sign on the window says 9:00 p.m. This was still 8 minutes before. @hardees management.. What is the cutoff? Am I not able to get a Coke 10 minutes before close? 12 minutes before close? 8 minutes before close? Is there some kind of magic window where they're open but they're not serving food that we should all be aware of? If this was a one-time isolated incident it would be one thing but it's not. Set up the drive-thru speaker for almost 10 minutes no one said anything so I drove up to the window. Could not see a single soul inside. No one at the front registers no one at the drive-thru the drive-thru window was unlocked.. lights are on.. but could not see a single employee sat at the window for a few minutes thinking someone would walk by and notice me there. Nope. Honked my horn. Nope. Nothing. Drove away. What kind of business does that??

Read moreAugust 20, 2022 around 10am I placed an order in drive thru at Halls location for 4 gravy biscuits, 2 steak biscuits, 2 butter biscuits, paid, get the food. I glanced at the receipt and it did not show the advertised price of the sign in the window of the different items for 2 for $5. I attached the picture to this. I waited for the employee to come back to the window and said this charged me wrong and not the sale price. She said I have already cashed it out. I said I need a refund for the difference or refund and re-ring at correct price. She said she could not do that. The only way to get a refund was give the food back. I said fine. I said I cannot believe you will give me a refund but not re-ring at correct price so I can pay for my order. She said you have to tell us before we cash it out. I said I have to tell you what the sign says? The sign is not a coupon. Then another employee says she called the DL and said that next time I have to tell them first. I said don't worry there won't be a next time. This is ridiculous. When I asked for a manager to correct, she said she is the manager, and again, you won't give a refund and re-ring so I can pay correct price. The 2 employees were rude and idiotic in their behavior. Wasted $28 in food to throw away instead of re-ringing at correct price. Would have been about $8 difference. I know Hardee's will not do anything about this. Read moreThe drive thru has never been fast at this location and they are in desperate need of quality staff. I've been turned away after waiting for 10 mins. I was hoping that the service inside would be better. Not so. 7 staff with no clear defined roles. Its noon. There were 5 people behind us, one of which was free food due to a complaint. We were finished with our food and the 5th person still hadn't received their food. There was no sense of urgency, consistency or customer service. The order wasn't correct either (regular fries instead of curly.) but complaining didn't seem a choice because it would have taken longer to get what we wanted. The lobby was gross dirty tables with food on them that clearly had not been washed in days, even the side was sticky. Duely noted the two men behind us commented to us that it took 15 mins and 20 mins to get their orders as well. We love Hardee's and are super excited that breakfast is served till 2 pm but after the dine in experience and seeing 9 pre-made packages hanging under the heat lamp, the package of half opened napkins sitting on the counter and the lack of care it makes me question if I want to find another Hardee's. Clearly this one needs some help strong management and a revamp of staff who want to work and aren't more concerned with getting their breaks than doing their job.
