REALLY?!?! 50% or more of my visits end like today's did. With me asking why I bother to give any of my money to McDonald's? I order curbside which takes no less than 15 minutes ever. I know this because by the time I received my order I can already order another one through the app. I would say about 75% of the time the French fries that I received will be completely cold and only half full. today was no exception. My 2nd order I went through the drive-through to pick it up., When I got to the window I gave them back my French fries and asked them to please give me some that are hot. The Lady looked confused. she then put her hand in the French fries. When I received the bag back it was exactly how I figured. She did not make me a new fresh order as she should have, no all she did was add some fresh fries on top of the cold fries. The same fries she touched. I know this is what she did because I had added a small piece of paper down towards the middle of the fries I gave her so I could see if she did make new ones.
It's not like you can call McDonald's and try to complain because nobody will ever answer. when you complain inside, well they just don't give a flying flip. You don't get so much as an apology when they completely mess up your order. So once again I am left wondering why I even give them any of my money... Oh I forgot the tea that i ordered , it was about 1/4 empty and she would not add anymore to it.

I visited this place on a Thursday at about 2pm. Parking lot was empty. I thought great but now I know why... As I walked in the signs posted on register said to use the kiosk. I thought to myself I should have went through the drive-thru. First impressions - the kiosk screen was filthy. Greasy, smudges, etc etc.... I ordered the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. Kiosk said to take a table number flag. First impressions of eating area - dirty. Floors looked swept but dirty. Tables were clear of trash but dirty. I set my flag on the table. My number was called out loud! Why do I have a flag on my table if you're just gonna call out my number???... Not any effort by a manager to even walk into the dining area to at least hand me my food. I was the only patron in the place!!! Ok so now the food. I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe meal. Holy Smokes! The spicy sauce they put on this sandwich might be made from ghost peppers. It was incredibly spicy hot. I am used to spicy food but this was ridiculous. Our power went out in the middle of us making dinner from the storm so we figured we’d just go get food. I order on the app a 6 piece happy meal. Perfect portion sizes. When we pull up, the man at the second window asks us for payment and says the wrong amount. I say that it should already be paid for and he just hands me a receipt. Then I get my drink and it’s not filled all the way. THEN I get my box and it’s lighter than usual. They gave me a small fry instead of two extra smalls (a small is smaller than two extra smalls) and the most upsetting part…..only 4 nuggets. I get being tired at work or not caring I guess. But I literally did not get what I paid for. And it’s too much of a hassle to get $1 of food I didn’t get refunded back to me, so I’m making this review. I know you guys probably read the reviews and laugh at stupid customers.
