Went for the Avengers Infinity War premier and had a very good experience. I purchased the tickets online through the Regal app so I was able to get scanned right in. They were running a special with a collectors cup, topper, and popcorn bowl. It was $25 but I decided to splurge since I'd been waiting for Infinity War for quite a while. This is my favorite theater in the area. The screens are large and have good picture. The sound is loud. The seats are comfortable, though they don't have the reclining seats. Most of the screening rooms are large but I've never had a bad experience there yet. I was also pleased with this new item they have called Moviebill. I don't think they'll exist for every film, but will for some of the big ones. Moviebill is like a playbill for the film, including AR content accessible through the Regal app.

Note the colors in the Real 3D theater. Paid a lot to see the new Avatar with my wife, a supposed visual masterpiece. Well, everything was muted, and all the reds were a dull orange. We were highly dissappointed. I went to the lobby, and told them about it during the trailers to give them time. (Check the pics I posted on the Mario trailer) The person was nice, but did absolutely nothing to fix it. I'd stay away from here, and maybe take a few minutes and go to Tilton instead, or waste your money like me.

Nice big place. Is clean. Was Not crowded at all. Buy tickets at self kiosk. Kiosk keys are not working too properly. There are Live people at snack bar. Also if you want reward points you need to do all transactions through app. No place at kiosk when you buy tickets to swipe or input your rewards # of any kind. So save receipts and add later for points you only have 2 days to add. -4/5/25-free movie ticket with point ls lol cost $2.67 +Tax smh

It"s great because it's the only cinema reasonably close to home that always does the fathom movie events, so that's great. The individual theater rooms are huge so its great, plenty of room for everyone. One of the big downsides though, is that it's an older theater. That means there is only one set of restrooms and they are located in the area where they sell you the ticket for your movie. Meaning, if you are one of those people who throw out your ticket once you get in the theater, dont. Although, the person at the lecturn watching to make sure only paying customers get in the theater allowed us to return in with no issue after a quick restroom visit. Thanks for that Regal, its greatly appreciated. There is always that one person who wont let you back in to finish seeing your movie, seriously. Beyond that the theater looks outdated. It has a nice arcade and everything, but can they at least bring the theater up to looking like it's from the 90's and not 1983? We watched about a 4-hour fathoms movie event and the big complaint was not the length of the event rather the concession stand. You pay good money for those foods and drinks at a theater because that's where the theater makes its money, or so I have heard...so in the future can they please not give us burned, stale popcorn. I mean seriously how hard is it to watch popcorn to make sure it doesn't burn...if you are working in the concession stand area, how hard can it be? Isnt that part...

We were there for the first show the theater was clean plenty of help on Christmas Day prices are what they are we got there about 25 minutes before the show started we were the first ones in the auditorium when we bought our tickets we weren't asked where we wanted to set so I was not aware that there was a seating issue we plopped ourselves down where we wanted to sit I was surprised there was nothing on the screen to watch just as the show started two people came in and said that one of us was in their seat so we moved over one that's when we were aware they had reserved seats but the movie started and no one else was in the theater but us and them so I figured it would be ok about another 10 minutes into the show more people started coming and of course we were in their seats it was not a very good movie experience having to move 3 times we ended up sitting almost in the back row from being right behind the handicap and being the first ones in the theater we should have been asked where we wanted to sit by the cashier instead of just giving us tickets especially when you're not aware of how that theater operates I just felt it wasn't a very good theater experience having to move ourselves are popcorn sodas and coats we go to your theaters a lot usually the one in Vineland which doesn't have assigned seating where your UA Theater in Washington Township which does have reserved seating and the cashier always ask where you want...

My friends and I came to relax and just see a movie together but we had the worst experience with the staff. Initially one of the workers was nice and greeted us, we assumed it would be the same as always and we would get our tickets and concessions quickly and efficiently. We were wrong. When we got to the counter the employee already had an attitude before we even started talking. Then we were trying to get our tickets but they continued to give attitude and not listen to what we were asking them to do. We paid for the family combo (which was ridiculously expensive) and just wanted a large soda and a large icee as advertised. However, the employee gave us even MORE attitude when we asked for the icee that we literally paid for. Then since we got a large drink we wanted a refill but the other employee at the counter initially ignored us because he had AirPods in. When he finally acknowledged us he said that he would refill it but for next time he wouldn’t since it was a medium(???). My friend questioned this since it was advertised as 2 large drinks and the employee said that it was two medium drinks. So either their employees don’t even know what they’re selling or the advertising is false. Either way the employees time after time were rude and treated us like trash. Other than them the movie was good and the theater was clean, but they seriously need to do some reevaluating of who...
