I order a simple drink every time I go. Usually it’s made right, an iced latte. Once in awhile they accidentally make it as hot and I let them know I asked for it iced. I’m not rude about it either, I just say “oh hey, this was supposed to be iced, I’m sorry”. Really not a big deal but I always feel like they think I’m trying to get a free drink by saying that’s not what I ordered because they immediately get cold with me. I worked for Starbucks for over 2 years. Mistakes happen, it’s not a big deal but a customer should never be made to feel bad about asking for the drink the way they ordered it. Miscommunication happens and can’t always be controlled. What can be controlled is how you REACT. Closing the window on me without saying a thing, then having a shift come to the window to say “you might as well take this drink too because now we have to dump it” in a condescending tone is NOT how you should respond. I know what they were doing, which was seeing if I would take the hot drink to accuse me of lying about my drink being made wrong, so they could then talk about me as I drove away. Not all customers want free stuff. I just wanted my drink made the correct way. I get to stop at Starbucks once a month and all I wanted was a simple iced latte. Not a free drink in addition. I’ve had my drink made wrong a few times and every time I say something the employees suddenly shift how they interact with you and that’s not ok. Maybe next time just say “oh shoot, let me fix that for you”. It’s an easy fix.
I was hoping this Starbucks improved from the last time I visited 4 months ago. Today I did receive an iced latte but they didn’t put the correct number of shots in the drink. I’m assuming they only put two shots like they would if it were a venti hot latte instead of the 3 it’s supposed to get. All I taste is milk. Thanks guys, a $5.50 glass of milk is just what I wanted... I get Starbucks maybe once every 4-6 months but I guess I’m just done with this location because it’s always a...

But today I asked for a coffee and they said they couldn't make it because their Keurigs were broken.
Did you hear me?... Starbucks doesn't even have the technology or expertise to make me a coffee without their Keurigs now.
If this was 15 years ago, I could walk into any Starbucks and ask for any roast, and if they happened not to have that roast brewed and ready, they'd smile and offer to pour me a french press and charge me the same for the coffee.
Now they have to send me away when the Keurig breaks.
I'm literally drinking coffee at the mall food court. Smh.
Also, I rarely see anyone I recognize on staff at that Starbucks anymore.

This is the best Starbucks in the history of all Starbucks. If Battlestar Galactica were real and Starbuck needed a coffee, he would get one here. ... Dennis is the perfect barista. He was friendly and happy, he made my coffee fresh for me even though I told him that the other roast would be okay (he knew I wanted a light roast), he even tried to upsell me on a snack, which demonstrates a tremendously high level of service. ... keep in mind I am a person who hates Starbucks. I don't go to Starbucks, I hate Starbucks. I'm that guy who says to all his friends that Dunkin' donuts is the new Starbucks and the Starbucks is the new McDonald's. I stand by that statement, with the exception of this loan fantastic Starbucks location.
. Starbucks corporate, I'm talking to you, this guy Dennis just stole business from Dunkin donuts for you. Really loyal business. Literally took money out of their cash register and put...
Read moreThis is my favorite Starbucks. I work here so often that "Starbucks app reloads" is a line item in my annual budget. The Wifi is good. The coffee is great. When it's cold outside, it's always warm in here, somehow. Sounds like a weird thing to say but sometimes coffee shops can be cold. The employees are great and nice, and so is the manager dude. There are several who work here who have top tier rock-star level great attitudes. I consider them personal friends. I'm always so impressed with the staff, because there's always a line of cars around the block waiting for drive through, and they move through it. If I was still working in trades, I would poach people from this Starbucks because nobody is slow, and the A team is lightning fast. It's like watching an ant colony or something, most of them never even look up. ...The only complaint is that a couple of the receptacles haven't worked in like years, I wish they...
