Went there for early Saturday dinner with my daughter and ordered 2 strawberry lemonades that had a weird taste like told the server that said depended on who made it so I sent mine back and got the half lemonade and the iced tea still had the weird taste. The appetizer came out Ahi tuna one was delicious but the blooming shrimp batter was too heavy and salty didn’t like that so my daughter ordered the 6-ounce steak and rib combo with the chopped salad. They have blueberry crumble cheese pecans, and fresh vegetables and I ordered the 8-ounce steak combo with ribs with the chopped blue cheese crumble with the pecans and asparagus. OK, starting with the salad me and my daughter had it was OK, but I needed more dressing and the server never came back to see if we liked it to ask for more dressing. My daughter had to ask for butter to go with her fresh vegetables that were just steamed with no seasoning or anything. The ribs on both platters were overcooked I know they should be tender, but they fell off the bones she couldn’t even pick the bone up rib bone up to eat it. My daughter went to bite one of the strawberries in her drank strawberry went bad because it went sour I don't know who made a big batch of that and lemonade but the fruit went bad that's why it had a weird taste. They’re not doing quality control. You had to use it at work which was not too enjoyable. The server never checked to see how we liked their food and the person who was helping her, the young lady running out of the Food kept going to the wrong tables and trying to give us other people's food. It was like she was overwhelmed. I take it. She was running around because the table that was behind us was having problems with their meal so I don’t know if it was an off day or what was going on, also, people came in after us got out before us, and got their meals and their check way before we did it and were done. We had called ahead and arrived about ten minutes later than our anticipated time. I was concerned about being seated promptly because I was drawn to Outback this past Friday, 12/08/23, having received an email with a great offer for a steak and lobster dinner for the price of $20.00 per person! I introduced myself to a young man named Christian and explained to him that we would like to be seated quickly so the restaurant did not run out of the "Steak and Lobster" dinners. Christian, who was the restaurant manager, assured me we would be seated shortly and that we wouldn't be disappointed! Wow...was he ever right! We had a lovely waitress named Tatiana who showed up very shortly after we were seated. I had not been to Outback for quite a while, and we were quite pleasantly surprised with our experience. It turned that I had received this order because I had signed up, around the time this location opened, to be a member of a frequent customer club of sorts. Tatiana and Christian were both very solicitous of us both because we explained to them that we were kind of " new/old" guests. Read moreThis was our second visit and the service did not disappoint. Honestly, for a chain restaurant and a busy one at that, we were treated so kindly and welcomed. I love how the servers are trained from the host to the waitress. Our second time around we had Tatianna as our waitress. Even with so many busy tables she continously came back to our table to check in on us. On top of that, something my husband and I joke about is always the water. My husband and I dont drink, so we normally get water. However my husband has a tendency to drink a lot of water throughout our dining, Tatianna i loved, she continously came back and checked on the water. Something so small and simple, but sometimes in other restaurant even when its not busy they only give 1 glass of water and never check back in for more.
The food was amazing, the ribs were also HOT something i feel when i order Bbq its always semi warm. They were nice and hot.
Everything was great there. But that service. The first time we went, the manager spoke to us, sorry i forgot your name. Very attentive. And it still felt genuine. Overall, the food was excellent for my family.
Wish we had pictures. But we ate the food straight away!
I would recommend that they put another picture on their google, there is an outdated outback picture, I never wanted to go cause of that picture. But that picture with the red walls is not accurate. It looks very nice and industrial feely.
