Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

Went to dunkin' donuts today through the drive-thru I go there every single day order my iced coffee large they said they didn't have any large cups so they would give me two smalls I was fine with that got to the window and it was a big mix-up I guess inside they didn't communicate with each other so they were giving me a small after we pay him for the large a girl named Kaylee came over and got into the conversation and said that they didn't have to give us another cup that the small cup was fine even though we paid for a large and then she insisted that it was our fault because we ordered a large and they didn't have any cups even though they said well they volunteered to like can we just give you two small cups and we were like fine so became a big ordeal we were insulted there are cameras there to prove it and then we were asked to leave so think twice before you go through this drive-thru the young man that's usually there is amazing but when he leaves the place falls apart and I'm about the little guy with the long hair and the glasses such a nice guy I want my money back and I will be telling everyone about my experience okay gave them another chance. Went today ask them to stir my coffee and hot tea . They still didn't do it. I spend about 75 a month. Ever other one does it except your establishment. I'm done never going back I am a top reviewer for Google I will spread...

It doesn't matter what time of day I go here, or how many times I try, whether it says available in the app... This location is ALWAYS out of the old fashion donuts. This is the only donut I like. Not only that, but they forgot my coffee. We never even left the drive-thru window. We just sat there waiting for an employee to come back and notice us to give us the rest of our order. The coffee was luke warm when it was given to us, and it didn't even have a residue of whipped cream despite my ordering whipped cream for it through the app. It's supposed to automatically comes with whipped cream anyway, but I double checked. My mini bagels tasted disgusting. I don't think they clean the oven or something, because the taste was just too awful. I took one bite and had my husband take a bite to see if I was just crazy. I was not. It was nasty. I don't know why I keep trying this location and hoping for better when it is worse each time I go. I think I'm really giving up this time. I'll drive the extra mile to Monroe next time if it means getting halfway decent food compared to throwing out all the food I...

This is the second week in a row where my mobile order has been ignored. Luckily this time one associate was nice enough to ask me if I needed helped only to be yelled out by her manager to stay her station. When I spoke to the manager she got completely defensive and made excuse that she thought I had been helped. I find that hilarious considering she literally took the women in front of me’s order and then went back to ignoring me.

Plus not too mention the other online tickets had still been ignore the whole time I was there. Nothing worse than a bad manager that makes excuses and blames their staff.

Side note they are also consistently out of several donuts by 10am on saturdays when I come. Looks like need to go to the local donut shop that just open up by them...
