I went in to get my mom lunch and asked the younger gentleman if they could toast the bun for me on the Philly cheese steak cause she doesn’t like when the bread get soggy. The older heavyset man was making the food and I asked the younger gentleman working if he could please remind him to toast the inside and he got an attitude saying the meats already done it’s gonna burn if I toast the end side and I explained I’m not trying to be rude but I asked for it to be done before you started my order and he just had an attitude and was just rude my whole experience very disappointing considering I spent 22$ on a sub. I work as a manager at a restaurant and wouldn’t tolerate this behavior from any of my employees or...

Can be annoying if you're waiting for a takeout order as well, the wait time is not inconsiderable. But at least you know they made it...
