Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

This was my second time going to popeyes. Today I tried the fries for the first time and they were very good. both times that I came here... I came for the famous chicken sandwich that everybody was talking about. the first time I came I really really really enjoyed my chicken sandwich! And I am not big on fast food and if I do get fast food I definitely do not get chicken sandwiches... I'm not a fan. but a couple months ago and I decided to check out Popeyes I had to just try the sandwich everyone was talking about... It was fantastic! I was actually a little upset I didn't get my own and I shared with my boyfriend LOL He mentioned how this time he wanted to ask for a fresh sandwich but we didn't... We were in a rush it was getting ready to storm so we ordered the combo and we got our chicken sandwich fries and a coke.. honestly I wish we would have asked for a fresh sandwich because it wasn't as good as the first time... Also it was a little wetter than I remember I had a lot of mayonnaise and it was really messy.. it was still enjoyable! Definitely! and we got in and out of the drive-thru very quick which is another reason I know that the sandwich wasn't fresh LOL but like I said it was good just not as good as the first time... Next time we will definitely 100% ask for a fresh sandwich to be made for us. It is a good place to eat I hear... But as for my experience and review I have only tried the famous chicken sandwich and it is definitely good! I would suggest asking for a fresh one so you can get the best possible sandwich ever! The fries were delicious and you got a really good amount in a box... They are quick and efficient here and get you in and out definitely recommend...

First of all when you walk into place was filthy..... The chicken was burnt to a crisp... And was dry as hell... It was like you got kidnapped and the kidnappers were born baby powder in your mouth.... The worst Popeye's Chicken I've ever had and I have Popeyes every 2 weeks.... But I will definitely never go back to the one in Atlantic City again.... Secondly the chicken was cooked mixed with the fish... All the chicken taste fishy.... Which was bad for me being that I'm allergic to fish... I wound up in the hospital getting a shot.... And this was the Popeye's on Atlantic avenue in Atlantic City... The mashed potatoes I like potato chips.... Chunky chunky and disgusting... And the gravy wasn't even gravy ... It was like you poured water on your mashed potatoes.... The coleslaw... Was not shredded it was in chunks... And there wasn't enough seasoning mayonnaise or anything on it very dry as well.... I purchased a two can dine... Which I usually pay between $17.99 and $19.99 for... Can they charge me the food was not edible at all.... And I am writing a letter to the company being that I've been getting Popeyes every other Friday for 30 years.... And I've never ever had a problem... Going to any Popeyes... Except for this Popeyes on Atlantic avenue in Atlantic City.... I would request anybody if you don't want to get sick... Then you will stay away from this Popeyes..... And I will keep on criticizing... This Popeyes until I hear from the management from the corporate...

Ordered through the drive thru today. I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches among other items. I was asked to pull around without being given a total (not a huge deal) get to the window and the woman takes my card and runs it through. Still at this point I have not been given a total. I decide to check the receipt. I notice she Only rang me up for 1 spicy chicken sandwich. I said to her excuse me you only rang me up for one sandwich , I’ll pay for another one but I just need a second sandwich. She says to me she can’t do that because it’ll mess up the que so I would need to drive back around , get in line , re order , and pay again. The co worker insides said (logically I might add) “can’t we just ring her up at another register” but now this woman is on a power trip and tells me I need to drive around. So because YOU messed up the order I now have to be inconvenienced a second time and drive back around and get back in line. That makes zeroooooo sense. Would love to eat here more often because the food is good but it’s trips like today that make...
