If I could give no stars I would... this place was awful and the people aren’t nice. This is the very first review I’ve ever given and it’s because I’m just so mad/upset about how my nails came out. I wanted an ombré effect on my nails and it was not ombré AT ALL. Then when they are all done I was feeling them and they were so lumpy and bumpy I couldn’t believe it. So I asked to her fix them and she tried too so I just paid and left because I hate conflict. When I got home I was still so upset about spending 50 bucks on nails that I literally HATED. So I called them and said to come back in. So the entire time the lady was “fixing” my nails she was giving me attitude.... so I told her to just paint them one color. So she did and when I looked down the polish was all over on my cuticles. And my nails were still Lumpy. They literally are the worst I’ve ever gotten. I will never return to this place. Again this is not like me at all to complain but I’m still so upset about these nails....the lady never cut or pushed back my cuticles, never had me wash my hands and never massages my hands. I was really disappointed by the gel manicure I got here. First thing, I asked over the phone how much it would cost and got charged more for the exact service. No designs, no extras, just a basic plain nail paint.

I asked the person doing it for an extra coat of the nail paint since the coverage was very light and you could see my nail through the paint. However, he didn’t want to do another coat (even though I had an appointment and that was cut short) because customers were waiting and he literally rushed my manicure. These are my nails literally after a week. The nail paint and the top coat is already faded and you can see the nail under the nail paint (which is why I asked for an extra coat). The quality of the service and the products is ridiculous considering they are no cheaper than any other place out there. I’ve had gel manicures done before and they stay fresh looking for weeks but this one, I am going to have to get one done in less than 2 weeks after going to this place. Save your $$$ and find another place for a decent manicure. I will not be visiting again and I do not recommend this place. Very...

I decided that I would never go back to this establishment after my first experience. However after finding out that the nail salon that I do like was closed for the day, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to go back. The lady that did my nails applied the acrylic to my nails do hastily I was sure that this was not going to turn out good. She assured me that she knew what she was doing and not to worry. She polished my nails in the same fashion, and I could visibly see that there was globs of polish on my nails. She kept telling me to dry them and that theybwoukd be fine "Trust me." Needless to say my nails are a while hot mess right now where the nail polish (gel) is peeling away for the nail. I never ever had this happen when I've gotten my nails done previously at other establishments. I would like my money back, or to have my nails fixed for free! Please...
