Yogurtland Hamilton — Local services in Hamilton Township

It’s hard for me to rate this place a One star because it used to be such a fun treat for myself and my partner. We would look forward to going here and we became friendly with one of the women who worked there & she’s amazing BUTTTTT… they got this younger one with glasses who works there now who completely DESTROYS the experience. We went from going there constantly, to the point if we didn’t go for a week, the nice woman would notice and said she missed us etc.. but now, I won’t step foot in there ever again. The last 3 TIMES that nasty younger girl with the glasses was rude to us. Not just to us but anyone. Her tone, her demeanor, the way she speaks to you, the way she sticks her finger in your face, the way she rushes you. The last time she was so rude, we couldn’t even put the lids on our yogurt because she threw the lids and the bag at us and ushered with her hands for us to move and I’m standing there with two frozen yogurts trying to put lids on them and put them in the bag and I had to stand outside and walk all discombobulated to the car and finally was able to get lids on them and put them in the bag. We went from spending a few times a week there to now never going there again. All because some miserable girl who is obviously related to the family who owns it and they are making a huge mistake by allowing this girl to destroy their business with her nasty attitude. I had a whole conversation outside one time about her after a rude encounter with her and 2 other groups of customers who were eating outside on the bench heard me and they also chimed in about how mean she was to them as well.

Please don’t waste my time with your automated response to reach out to customer service either. You’re not gonna change anything, shes clearly related or family in some way to the owners and you’ll just keep her there regardless of what anyone says so, I’m posting this for future customers...

I visited Yogurt Land on 4/24. While the appearance of the bathroom was disgusting, I do understand that mistakes happen! There was urine all of the floor and toilet seat. My issue is with the response of the staff. I was beyond shocked. I brought this to the attention of an employee (adult woman) in the back office, & she simply apologized. However my young daughter NEEDED to use the toilet, or would've had an accident. I tried to prompt her to FIX the bathroom, and her solution was to hand me a bottle of cleaner. Mind you, she was standing in the office with 2 other employees laughing at what seemed like a casual conversation. So she told ME, a paying customer, to clean HER bathroom. Since my daughter was on the verge of having an accident, i took the bottle of cleaner. She wouldn't even give me a glove. Once the bathroom was clean, and we were washing our hands, we realized there were no more paper towels. I gave this one star because at least the...

UPDATE: As of summer 2016, they are now under new ownership, and I like where it looks like they're headed. Better atmosphere and more inviting staff. Choices are the same, and so are the toppings, but improvements are likely to follow as time goes on. From what I've seen and tasted, It's the best froyo place for 10 miles, if not more.
