They nice and professional, however when you get past that you’ll realize you got ripped off. I had a camera len that broke and needed it to be replaced on my phone. I called and received a quote of $50 but when I came in it has changed to $80. Then proceed to push to sell a membership to get that $25 off a service. When I saw the receipt they charged me for 3 items and a multiday repair. I went in same day and only ordered one part. I had to call multiple times to see if the part came in. When they fixed the part they did not do a good job. There were dust particles in between the camera and the glass lens. I went back in upset at the service and asked if they can just clean the inside and they said that there isn’t anything wrong when distinctly there is. They proceeded to say it was “all in my head” which was offensive and dismissive. They said that it’s my camera scratched up and everything cause of the way the lens broke, but I don’t believe that because I made sure to protect the lens while waiting for the repair and I took pictures of the lens and there was NO damage on the camera itself. They’re too lazy to redo their lazy repair. I went to a different repair phone and asked if they could take a look at it and they said that the person who did the repair was too lazy and did not dust or wear gloves that’s why there were so many particles in between the lens and the camera itself. Luckily the other shop that I went to were able to fix the issue no problem. I wouldn’t go here, I wish I read the reviews before stepping in. They’re not the types to want to fix...

I go in to get my screen replaced with an appointment through Verizon on a crappy refurbished phone this company gave me. They ask for my pin code. Lol why? You don't need access to my personal things for a screen replacement.

Then they tell me it's not a warranty replacement it has to be an insurance claim because there's a small scratch on the screen. But I have to call asurion because God forbid they call their own company. Then he puts it into maintenance mode. Not sure why when you asked me to call asurion for you. I ask for the number of their own company and he has to look it up.

Keep in mind there's no damage it's just because the screen they sent on this replacement phone was junk. They just wanted to get paid instead of fixing their crap refurbished phone. 1 hour later I get it set up for them. When I pick up the phone I ask what the warranty is. He says there isn't one. I ask why he won't warranty his work and he says I'd have to go through insurance again. Not sure why I have to put a claim in on insurance if your work is garbage like your attitude and personality.

ICE should probably be looking into this location for sure. Also while I was there another guy picking up his laptop was complaining about the screen they had replaced. I'd run away screaming from this place. They even claim a 4.7 rating on google with a sign hanging from the wall. Obviously that's not even close to the truth. Rip...

This place is a complete scam and money grab. They do shoddy work. Break your devices and overcharge you. I took my iPad in for a screen replacement. When I picked it up it wasn’t even put back together properly! The ribbon was sticking out from in between the device and the screen. The guy quickly took it to the back to “fix it” about 30 days later the home button came loose. The devices are supposed to be covered under a 1 year warranty but surprise surprise they are weaseling their way out of repairing it under the one year warranty when this is clearly a case of shoddy work not user error because the iPad was used only once for 5 minutes when we discovered this issue. They’ll also try to sell you on purchasing asurion home which really isn’t worth it at all but they make it seem like it saves you tons. I’m sure they get some kind of commission based on how much they get people to sign up. When asked how much it would cost to fix the home button outright they quoted $100 so I figured I’d call to file a Claim with asurion and the cost is the exact same or without the coverage! What’s the point of the insurance then? I would suggest you stay away from this place! I’ll watch some YouTube videos and fix it on my own.
