We all spent thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars at Wawa every year or month. Therefore I feel we deserve a type of service that’s basic. Long story short, I went into Wawa spent $50 for the second time today because I’m a loyal customer I just needed a little bit of air in my tire so all my tires are the same pressure and their air machine deflated my tire and they did nothing to help and when I asked for help, it’s like the gas attendants didn’t want to be bothered, and the supervisor seemed either unexperienced or an interested. I guess it’s time to switch to a different convenience store Besides Wawa any suggestions? Because I’m over this stale cigarettes, leaking-E cigarettes & dismissive employees are becoming. It’s sad because I’ve loved Wawa since I was four years old & have been a dedicated customer since but come on to leave someone with a flat tire that your machine caused him to shrug your shoulders and be like up. Sorry. Oh well good luck it’s just unacceptable not just professionally but personally it shows that they are not going to take responsibility. Dear wallah, if your air machines don’t work, remove them just simply remove them instead of causing hundreds of people to have flat tires, stress & inconveniences. The supervisor or manager or whatever title he was given asked me if my tire had a hole in it🤦🏼♀️ Bro… I just wanted to top off the air in my one tire not me the whole night or deal over trying to get back home because the wall wall air pump deflate in my tire, Ignorant &...
Read morePlease teach your employees what professionalism means. Ordered on the app, went to designated pickup location. I saw my bag with the order sticker at the pickup place but my order wasn’t in the bag yet so I walk around waiting. I then return to the pickup location to see that the employee didn’t even have the decency to put my food into the bag. Just left my hoagie on the counter BEHIND the empty bag. I guess they expect me to put it in the bag for them. If the bag is already there is it more difficult to place inside the bag versus the counter, I don’t think so. It’s just rude to dump someone’s order like that on the counter and not even place it inside their bag, so unprofessional.
This is the second time I’ve ordered from this place and their pickup orders are always awful treatment of customers. Last time I waited for my order and they never placed my order at the pickup location until someone asked me what I ordered and they had my order behind the counter, am I magically supposed to know it’s there? Plus it’s pickup for a reason, it’s supposed to be on the counter for customers to grab. If I was supposed to shout out for assistance while they’re preparing other people’s orders then there would be a dedicated employee at the pickup location for that. And last time they just handed me my order without a bag. These people are so disorganized and a mess. No matter how busy you are, you should always stay professional. May 4,...
Read moreI called this Wawa location because 90% of the time there’s an item missing in my DoorDash items I am aware that when an item is not available they let the DoorDash know and we decide what do to however this is not the situation. Stephanie the mngr on duty was very dismissive over the phone. I told her that my situation is that the employees don’t do their job correctly because I had called numerous times in which they had the items available yet I was still missing items in my order. She rapidly said “you will have to talk to DoorDash ok bye” I will never ever order from this location. Poor management behavior/ poor phone etiquette/ very poor...
