Wendy's — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

I used to work for Wendy's many years ago and they along with Chick-fila will be my favorites with Popeyes a close third. I have had mixed customer experiences at this location and only gave it a four star because of my loyalty to the company. I have arrived at this location at 9:40pm and the doors to the dining room were locked. I don't like going through drive through to look at menus. I was described by a young African American male by the T-shirt I was wearing, "Cookie Monster" and not by my name. Definitely not a company standard. When I addressed it with the shift manager she did not take me very seriously. If you are ok with inconsistent customer service but love the food well go ahead. I understand it's hard to be 30/40+ working at what would be a teenager's job; however, it's still work and one should conduct herself appropriately. Does the employee's job depend on how many sauces they give, or DON'T give out? I know Wendy would understand if she gave me 2 sauces for a large. That wasn't the reason for the review, her attitude is. She walked away from the window, after basically throwing my food at me. We were trying to call her back by saying "excuse me, ma'am" but she kept walking while the two other young ladies looked at us and gave us, like, a sort of 'idk' shrug. Update: 4/25/23 The food is good here. Nice and hot and fresh. I came today and loved it. Come visit this Wendy's, they're the best

Update 8-5-22 Again, I go here at least once a week. I love the chicken salad they have. Always fresh. Everyone that works here are always super nice. Again, not once have my order been messed up nor have I ever gotten sick from eating here. Just stay out of Wendy's in Wrightstown new jersey. Always dirty and my order always messed up.
