Shoe Dept. Encore — Local services in Hammond

HAD CONSTRUCTION WORKERS IN THERE THAT WITNESSED THE WHOLE THING, HE SAID THAT JIS CREW HAVE BEEN HAVING A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THE SAME EMPLOYEES JUST TRYING TO DO THEIR JOB!!

I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS PARTICULAR DEPARTMENT STORE!HORRIBLE, OBNOXIOUS AND VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES THAT ARE WORKING HERE! The inside of the store is under construction which did not bother us as customers what is bothering me is the fact that the employees accused NOT ONCE but TWICE in my face that my 4 yr old knocked over a stack of boxes that was ALREADY KNOCKED OVER ALL OVER THE FLOOR when I walked around the show aisle with my son right there with me! Nobody would review the video therefore NO ONE GIVE ME AND MY SON THE APOLOGY THAT THAT WE DESERVED! While we finished up our shopping I had to overhear the employees making rude and accusing remarks amongst themselves about and my son! The Manager was no better than the RUDE GIRL THAT GOT IN MY FACE ACCUSING MY SON OF MAKING THE ALREADY...

So we went there to look for shoes, obviously. Whenever we first got there, the employees were asking every 2 minutes if we needed help. After 10 minutes of searching, we needed an employee to ask if they had a different size in the back and there wasn't one to be found. When we finally found one, I began asking if they had other sizes in the back, and before the words even left my mouth, the woman began shaking her head. They have such a wide selection of shoes, but never the fit you're looking for. They were annoyingly nice at the beginning but when we actually needed them, they...

Yesterday evening, my friends and I planned to buy some shoes, but unfortunately, we experienced racial profiling. We were given a time limit of 5 minutes to shop, which made me feel unwelcome and reluctant to spend my money there. Regardless of my age, as a paying customer, I believe I should be treated with respect. Even before we entered the store, we were told not to "don’t come in here playing."
