If I could give this restaurant a Zero, I would. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had in a fast food restaurant! We were not greeted upon our arrival, in fact we were completely ignored. The employees begrudgingly gave an order to the only other customer in the restaurant who looked very angry as he left. There were 5 employees standing around and ignoring us. I went to the restroom which was in horrible condition. As I came back to the counter, they finally took our order and gave us a cup for the beverage station. I got our drink & my husband picked up some condiments & napkins. I selected a table (the place was empty at 11:13, which made a huge impression). My husband waited several minutes and no one behind the counter was doing anything towards preparing our order. Finally, a person who appeared to be in charge ask if she could help him. He said he was waiting for our order and listed what we ordered. She called to the other employees and they started preparing our food. We ended up with our food but his bacon cheeseburger had no bacon, lettuce, or tomato. While we were eating, four young men came in and waited about four minutes before they were asked to order. We ate our entire meal while these young men waited for their orders. Their orders dribbled out one at a time as they waited. Two had the wrong food & had to have their orders corrected, which brought the distain of the workers. The last young man FINALLY received his order as we were walking to our car. While they waited, another man came in, was ignored for about 5 minutes, and then angrily walked out. He was the only other customer besides the four young men and the man who left as we arrived. That’s a total of 7 orders. There were a few cars going through the drive-through but not enough to make a line longer than two cars, so that shouldn’t have added any pressure for the employees. I don’t usually mention this but it must be said that all the workers were black and all the customers were white. There was a distinct atmosphere of distain towards the customers because we were white. The workers seemed to deliberately work less efficiently as customers expressed frustration with body language and audible sighs. I honestly have no idea how this restaurant...

We ordered on the app at 8:45pm. We arrived to get our food at 9:00. They close at 1:00am, and the lobby shuts down at 10:00pm. We pull up and get out to go in to get our order, and a lady in a car gets out and says their lobby is closed. So we get back in the car, go through the drive through, and get our order. While in the drive through, we ask the lady if we could go inside and eat our food. She said yes we could, that they don’t close the lobby until 10:00pm. So we pull around, and my boyfriend gets out the car by the door to make sure the door is open, gets back in, and we park and get out and get our 3 year old out of his car seat, and walk to the door. They locked it.. in a matter of 30 seconds after seeing us open the door. A man came to the door, and asked if he could help us. We explained we just wanted to eat inside (we were just passing through, and have a toddler that gets sick if he eats in the car so it’s easier to eat inside) and that the girl in the drive through said they were open.. well low and behold, the lady that was in the car when we first arrived came to the door saying she told us the lobby was closed. We then explained that the lady in the drive through said we were welcome to come in, and she then hollered at that employee asking why she told us that and closed the door. As we back up to leave, that same woman walked out the door again and got back into her car. We leave, drive 30 mins home, and get home to half of our food missing. Tried to call, nothing of course. But these are the people that want $20+/hour to flip burgers and fry...
Read moreThey didn't get our order right and then management blamed us about our order. It was not our fault if the server on the intercom didn't ring are orders right. She didn't even repeat the order back so that we had both sides communicating to make sure the order was correct. Then to top it off the manager argued with us instead of just correcting the order. We weren't even rude about it. We just said that our orders were incorrect and please fix them she went and snapped at us and took forever to get our order right like she didn't want to fix the order . She was rude. There was nothing but rudiness and a horrible experience. I would beware to all travelers to stay away from this Wendy's. If you are unhappy at your job then you shouldn't be working there. Horrible service and food was cold on top of that. How could that be when we were there when it first opened. Not to mention they took twenty mins to even answer to take our order like they wanted us to drive away and not order. If the site doesn't have to correct timeframe which was 6:30am opened then shouldn't you be taking orders if not this is false advertisement on...
