I enjoy coming here because my dear wife loves their Mango Mistos. I like the employees because they are so friendly. Kim, the manager, is doing a great job and cares about everything. I really believe she will make this store great. I get excellent service, every-time, from all of the employees. Some of them are still learning, but please give them time. Everyone’s motivated and they care about the customer. There is such great energy in here and I believe we all are beneficiaries. No business is perfect, but this Rita’s is trying very hard. I love to see a new business come alive. We are fortunate to have this beautiful store on the Pike and we all know it. Thank you and let’s help them grow. Hit this place on a BUSY Saturday. (93 degrees out...) I saw the line and told the Kids we could try again later- but they did the sad puppy eyes thing, and I took them in. All I can say is that the crew at this Rita's got through a line of 20 people in about 8 minutes. The teamwork impressed me enough to write this review. I had a fundraiser at the Rita’s in Mechanicsburg, Hampden Centre. The staff was so great and very accommodating to me since I wanted to stay the whole time (4:00-6:00). I was asked if I wanted a chair and it was brought out within 2 minutes. I was so thrilled with my first fundraiser at Rita’s and will definitely be doing another one.
