I normally do not do bad reviews, I’m the type to take my Ls silently and just not go to the place anymore however I’m so disappointed in the amount of time I wasted and the condition my items were returned to me in.
I went to this shop on Friday midday and was informed I needed to bring my items back in a bin as they have a lot of stuff around and it easier for them to keep up. I use to work in a place similar so I understood and returned on Saturday with a brand new bin!
I then was informed I needed a top for my bin (for the next time) and it would take 3-4 days for them to go through my things. Now hesitant as that’s a long time for things to happen. I still followed the process and said okay.
I received a text today saying they were done with my items and they were taking 15 items for $20.xx in cash or $24.xx in store credit. I returned to store to see what they were taken and what they were returning to me.
Come to find out a pair of brand new pants I had brought that Thursday prior ( they were way to big for my son and I didn’t have my receipt) now had a stain on then so they couldn’t take them, my brand new bin was cracked on the side ( and it was a heavy duty storage bin from bjs) andddddd come to find out “Nike is not a popular brand” and they wanted to give me $4 for my sons shoes in which allll the Nike shoes in the store were priced $25-$100. I asked for them back and took my $16 for the clothes. Unfortunately I will not be back. I really hope they are able to turn it around as they are in a great location, and have a lot of potential but customer service, verbiage, and knowing the current styles and...
Read moreGood inventory. Prices seem a bit high. Owner(I think) lets her approx 2 year old child run wild in the store. This child would run in front of customers and then fall to the floor right where customers were walking. I nearly fell over the child and had to step over the child several times. The parent had no control of this child and seemed unconcerned that this child was a problem. We stopped shopping and left the store because of the child’s behavior and lack of supervision.
After posting this review, the owner responded that they were sorry if employees bringing kids to work was “not (my) cup of tea”. I want to assure you that I have no problem with kids being at a workplace with their parent if it is an appropriate place for kids. In this situation, I would not be opposed to a child being there. The problem is that the parent allowed the child to be disruptive to the customers. The customer (or anyone) should not have to bring a 2 years old’s behavior up to their parent. At that age, the parent should be fully aware of what their child is doing and respond appropriately. Not just for the customer, but also for the safety of the child.
Also, right after this review, a Chelsea Lilly posted a positive review in response to mine. The problem is that Chelsea Lilly is an employee at that store. It is very telling to their business that employees post conflicting reviews in hopes to deceive the potential customers about...
Read moreWhile intitally a super cute store, I will never go back. There was a toddler in a playpen, I assume one of the employee's due to it being near the register, that would not stop crying. This alone would not normally bother me as I am a mom myself. What did really bother me was her crying and at one point begging for mom and being absolutely ignored by all employees. I was there for over 10 minutes and not a single person tried to comfort her. It was highly upsetting.
I admittedly don't know the rest of the situation but I couldn't imagine letting my child cry nonstop like that for who knows how long while I just sit there and ignore it. The child appeared to be physically okay when checking on her.
Super disappointing, they had some good stuff but mom brain wouldn't allow me to focus enough to enjoy it. I left super upset instead.
Your employees represent your business, if that is the way you represent yourselves then I want...
