Starbucks — Restaurant in Hampton

Horrible customer service and my Frappuccino was watery. There were 3 employees, 2 standing around taking and one working the register. The young man took my order and 4 more orders after mines. My drink wasn't started until after he took those other 4 orders. The other employees eventually started helping him make the drinks. My drink was made second to last even though I ordered first and it was made with whole milk instead of oat milk like I asked. They simply stated that they were sorry for making them out of order but they got an attitude when I complained about why 5 drinks were passing me by and I clearly ordered first. I didn't like this place. They need more training. The drink was okay. We got a strawberry lemonade and they just set it up on the thing without even calling our names. They were doing it to everyone. No one could hear them if they did say anything. It's just not a good place. One of the workers had a friend there and was giving her free food and drinks as my fiancé and I watched it. He gave her whatever she wanted and she just stood there and talked to them and interrupted them as they should have been working. Will not be back. The place needs cleaned as well. I really like this location. It's convenient, it's clean and customer service has been great. But, my most recent matcha green tea and lavender latte was full of bitter green tea powder clumps that hadn't been well blended into the drink. It was such a disappointment. I had the same drink the day before from this same location, but made by a different barista, and it was blended perfectly. Getting a well made drink obviously depends on the barista who takes the time to make it properly. I have to knock off a couple stars for the poorly made green tea and lavender latte....
