Eric was fine .. in a rush as they still seat you until 10pm.. but the employees donโ€™t want to serve you.. and itโ€™s made clear! Like with the burned $20 meal as seen in the picture my scallops where burned!! When I told Eric he said nope they cooked like thatโ€ฆ I pushed the little white tires to the sideโ€ฆ this is the ONLY item I buy when coming.. Iโ€™m already knowing this is not itโ€ฆ they seen it and Eric told me when he seen it he said something and they got mad at him in the KITCHEN.. ๐Ÿ˜‘ You could have told us you are closed.. we asked! And a simple not tonight as itโ€™s 15 minutes til 10pm would be fine.. Thank you Eric for trying to make the best but I could tell you wanted me to leave also.. which a simple to got only would be fine. Straight rubber They didnโ€™t even try to hide it with sauce lol ๐Ÿ˜‚ Eric tried to make me another or something he could control at the end of the night. Psa to the โ€œmanager โ€œ you never came over and Iโ€™m very sure you knew.. and serving customer until close just to grab the money is wrong. If the staff that serves guest is cleaning why are the cooking? You never came over not even say bye ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿฝ as the last guest of the night exitsโ€ฆ Seat the last guest at 9:45 and stop wasting people time and money gas is $1,000 a gallon

I recently dined at Olive Garden and while the food met expectations, the service left a lot to be desired. After being seated, I waited over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my table โ€” even though servers were actively assisting the table right next to mine. It wasnโ€™t that the restaurant was too busy; it felt more like my table was simply being ignored. When someone finally approached, I placed my order and asked for a drink, hoping to enjoy it before the meal. Unfortunately, the drink arrived after the food, which defeated the purpose. Adding to the disappointment, the signature breadsticks something Olive Garden is well known for were missing when the entrรฉe was served. They didnโ€™t arrive until I was almost finished eating. That said, the food itself was consistent with what youโ€™d expect from Olive Garden warm, flavorful, and comforting. The portions were fair and matched what you pay for. It's not gourmet, but itโ€™s dependable, satisfying Italian-American fare. Overall, the food was on point, but the service brought down the experience. With just a little more attentiveness and better timing, this could have been a much more enjoyable visit. Hopefully, it was just an off day for the team.

Service rendered was pushy and disrespectful... I was told by my waiter what was considered being a good waiter. 15 minutes or possibly less into eating our meal he comes out with bags and boxes reached over our plates I asked where are we supposed to store those?celebrating my nieces 16th birthday with cake, salad, salad plates and entrรฉe's and of course3 of her favorite people . Our waiter serviced 2 parties including ours one party seated way before us serviced with noticeable differences NO bags or boxes shoved in their faces.... window he replied we also shared with us he was a waiter at the Marriott.... I wonder what happened ๐Ÿค”. He also constantly said that he was bored. I don't see how as he stood behind the wall and listening in on our conversations. Caught in the act. Take a peep at the spatula it was given to us by our now disgruntled waiter..... without having to ask complete with some slimy substance that should have been brought into a lab .... Thank God this was spotted prior cutting the cake. (Nice try) .

I am writing you to inform you of my Olive Garden experience at your Hampton, Virginia location. My family and I decided to have lunch at this location on yesterday 7-10-18 around 1:00 p.m. I ordered the lunch duo which consisted of soup, chicken & gnocchi and grilled chicken piadina for my meal. When my soup arrived I began to eat but a few seconds into it I felt something in mouth that didn't feel like the soup, I pulled the object out of my mouth and it was a clear triangular shaped piece of plastic. I put it on the side of my bowl and waited for Latreena who was our waitress. I told Latreena exactly what is stated above and she then asked me, "what do you want me to do?" I was puzzled by this question so I just looked in shock at her. She then stated she was going to get her manager, Chris. Chris came to the table and I told him the story and he began laughing and said "You brought that plastic from home?" My whole table along with myself just looked in total disgust at him for his poor attempt at humor in a serious situation. He then told me they were making another batch of soup and would bring it right out to me. Before leaving he then stated the statement again about me bringing it from home. I was very upset, how dare he insult me! My waitress gave horrible service, my family and I had to conserve our drinks because she would be gone for 10 minutes at a time, never bringing back what we'd asked for the previous time she had came to our table. She was horrible, simply put.The whole hour we were there at Olive Garden I thought about how I've had better service at McDonald or somewhere else with a dollar menu, here we are at "Olive Garden" getting treated horribly. I am so disappointed and upset at the service my family and I had yesterday. I come to Olive garden quite a bit and to have such poor service is unacceptable. A manager is supposed to represent your company, Chris is not a good representation of what I know Olive Garden to be. He's highly unprofessional and so was Latreena with asking me what I want her to do. I'm a paying customer why do I have to do her job? I'm very upset about...

My mother and I met for dinner, as she was treating me for my birthday. On this visit, the trouble began upon entry, as there was no one posted at the reception area. The gentleman who came shortly after looked at us as if we were trespassers to the restaurant as opposed to guests. I indicated that the two of us were there for dinner. He told us the wait was about 20 minutes, though there were empty tables as far as our eyes could see. We sat in the waiting area for about 10 minutes and were then ushered to a table directly in front of the kitchen in the bar area. The loud sounds of clanging dishes led me to request a different table. He then responded that it would be another 10-minute wait and walked away. Immediately thereafter, a couple who had just entered the restaurant were swiftly taken to a table in the back (where the seating is in a quiet area with a welcoming ambience and pleasant decor) right after walking in - no wait. Meanwhile, a female employee who witnessed our exchange told the gentleman to seat us in an area a few feet from where he'd initially directed us, saying that she would take our table. The gentleman was clearly miffed and snatched the menus and napkins with silverware off the first table, moving them to the second one. I pointed out the couple that had not had to wait at all, and the gentleman explained that he had planned out the seating. At this point, my mother stated that she would not spend any of her money in this place, heading for the exit. She asked me where I'd like to eat instead. Once outside, she saw Red Lobster across the street, and we went there where we were treated like royalty from start to finish, enjoying a delicious dinner of shrimp and lobster with cheesecake for dessert. I'm not sure why the gentleman had such disdain for us, but his egregious behavior assured that we will not...

First time visiting Olive Garden in 5 years. Only about 15 cars in parking lot on a Friday at 5:30pm--not a good sign.

We were seated promptly as there were only about 20 patrons in the restaurant. Server was at our table within a minute. Our drinks arrived in less than a minute and another minute we had our soup and salad. He was very polite and professional. Excellent service throughout the meal.

I ordered the Tour of Italy and my friend had the Ravioli Carbonara with chicken. The menu has changed and selections are limited compared to 5 years ago. My favorites are no longer on the menu.

The soup and salad are still top notch and the best part of the meal. I can't say that for the rest of the meal.

The Tour of Italy had three small items that didn't cover half the plate. The lasagne was just ok. The Alfredo was a lumpy mess that tasted like macaroni and cheese. The chicken Parm was obviously a frozen piece of breaded chicken heated with sauce on top and a few little slivers of cheese. For $20 it was not even up to the quality of Fazoli.

The Ravioli Carbonara was covered with a heavy pasty sauce--not the light cream sauce as advertised. My friend ate one Ravioli and then just ate the chicken. I took the rest home and tried it for lunch the next day. It was too thick and heavy for me and I didn't even make it through the first ravioli before it went in the trash.

Total bill was just under $60 for 2 dinners, a soda and water. There are a lot of better choices that you can find for less money. I would rate the food just above fast food quality at 4...
