Wisephone ER - Electronics Repair, Sales, & Buyback. — Local services in Hampton

One day I dropped my phone in the water I grabbed it and thought we’ll that’s it I’ll never get this to work again ...,Sooo I started looking on Marketplace for an iPhone and I came across an advertisement with several different phones . I called the number .. he had only been open a couple weeks and was located on the Hdmpton Woods Shopping Center . We were in the start of the pandemic but he was open .. !! When I got there I showed him my phone .. he kinda smiled and said I will open it up and see if it is fixable . There is a 30 dollar fee either way but if it is fixable I will subtract the 30 from the repair balance.. Not only did he repair the phone that one time .. I got it wet again ... and he fixed it again !! The 3 rd time I broke the screen and needed a new screen . My point here is this along with these few services I have bought phones ... had phones repaired ... sent tons of friends to him that has other electronics and I absolutely LOVE WISEPHONES !!!! They have always done with excellent and I Open never move from Hampton Woods...

I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro via back market, and when I called my service provider to have it connected, they said it was still locked to the previous carrier. I was able to send it back, to which they confirmed it is unlocked, compatible with my service provider, and there are no restrictions. Just received it in the mail. Great. Call to connect, and I’m told it’s still locked and labeled as a “lost/ stolen iPhone”. I’m trying to get in contact with these people, as this is just not right at all, but no answer. I’m hoping to get a refund.

EDIT 12/11: I was able to process the return through Back Market and got a full refund. There wasn’t anything Wisephone ER was able to do to repair it. Please don’t waste your time (or $!!) buying through them. I now ordered mine through Amazon, which offers the same...
