MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Hanover Township

Well I'll try to make this quick as possible. Me and another person went and got lunch there and we had pizza salad and drink . We ate the salad 1st then tried to eat the pizza that was harder than brass knuckles. We. Couldn't he had to leave so I stood behind. Oh wait I paid for us from some money ha owed me I go back two and a half hours later and she was not trying to reimburse me she said that I could be lying was one of them number two was that oh yeah I took I took a half hour to eat the pizza I let it sit that's why I got rocks out and it's my fault then she said I'm going to go call my boss she came back and told me that her boss told her to tell me that the only way I can get a refund of his I give them the $2.20 that they gave me for change from the $20 bill and I'm sitting there thinking and I'm like are you serious like I don't does anybody comprehend that and she did not give me the change and so I went and I got $2.20 cuz she had to re-enter everything instead of just deducting some some pizza money and like I don't know this...

Very disappointed with the level of service and lack of care. This is the reason I am writing a review. My husband and I stopped here on our way home from a road trip. It is our usual go to as on a Sunday evening, it is sometimes hard to find vegan options. I came in to pick our pizza's that should have been ready as it was over 30 minutes. The woman stated she was still waiting on one of the pizza's. Total disregard of me or when it would be done. Then when she took it out of the oven she threw it on the counter in the box and it fell over with all the toppings. All she did was look at me and said "Yeah, your pizza's toppings all came off" I said "Okay and..." Just a blank stare. No response as to if they would be making another pizza. I walked out then my husband went in to pick up our order. We are both beyond easy going but this type of service shouldn't even receive tips. Especially for take out. Ordered on-line. Fundraiser for my granddaughter's school. Arrived a little early. 2 pizzas and sodas were ready. We just had to wait for my daughter's pizza. No problem. We waited patiently for awhile. When that pizza came out of the oven, the crust was almost completely burnt. They put it in the box and were actually going to serve that to me. I told them that I wasn't going to take that one. My daughter wouldn't eat it because it was burnt. I was told that is the way they make it. And if we didn't want it to be "well-done" we should have ordered it "lightly-done". They begrudgingly re-made it. That one came out a little better, but still burnt. I should have checked the other two... We took the pizzas home. They had alot of burnt areas on and we could barely eat half. Also, one of them was missing a topping (although it listed on the slip on the top of the box). This was the worst pizza we ever had and the attitude of the employees involved was...
