Today I sat in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. The employee at the window first only gave us one of the 2 drinks, we ordered and paid for 2 combos. She acted like she was doing us a favor handing us the second drink. I pulled forward, mistake, to find I was missing almost half the order. I drove around to the door to find it locked advising the walk up window is closed today. An employee was taking out the trash so I waited patiently as they stopped to talk to someone in a parked car. Once the employee returned from the dumpster she advised she could not me with messed up order. She advised she could not help me as she could not bring food out due to covid and they were short staffed (that surely was not her concern when she stopped to talk to the person in the car). She went on to say I would have to sit in the drive through line which was now even longer than the half hour line I sat the first time. A gooey dough pancake about 3 inches in diameter, slammed with a chicken nugget that weighed 1.1oz (I checked) is what they sold me for $2.59. I bought two, and I thought they effed up and gave me sliders. The drive thru person was NOT happy when I asked that. Ms. Thang acted like she owned that location and was personally offended that a mere mortal had DARED question their portions or prices.

I go inside to pick up my order, was asked multiple times for my name, then order # ( I showed her the order # on my phone from the app), asked what name is on the credit card I used, then said are you at the right Taco Bell (pretty certain we only have one in Hanover) again I showed her the app on my phone. She says we don't have your order, you'll have to place anther, also confirmed by the Manger. So, let me get this straight, Taco Bell screws up (whether it's in store or by app) and the customer has to order again and pay twice to get their order??? Needless to say I did not place or pay for another order, and I will not be returning...
