Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Hanover

Wow I have met people without personality before but those two at PAPA Johns were just ridiculous. I ordered a pizza in the store and the guy never once moved his lips except to answer my question. When my pizza was done this lady fifty plus in age walks over to me with arm extended holding a pizza box. I looked up at her and she says "did you order a pizza with onions?" I said yes, and she tapped on the box top and pushed the box towards me. That's it that's all the conversation from two people in that store. No thank you or have a nice day, enjoy your pizza nothing not even a smile. The pizza was well a pizza but the people were just ridiculous. If you want to make your day and realize how it is to be a miserable human being visit the Papa Johns 1083 Carlisle Pike in Hanover, PA. Me well I've seen their miserable act and will never visit or order from that...

Ordered our pizza before going in to the shop for it. Upon entering the parking lot we saw that everyone in the establishment was wearing a mask properly. EXCEPT FOR THE YOUNG MAN MAKING EVERYONE'S PIZZA. His mask was down under his chin. Really? I commented to the gentleman that rang me out. I really appreciated the fact that everyone was wearing a mask properly. Except for the young man handling or food. Nothing was said to correct it even after I left. Since the whole store is glass in the front, you could see that something was laughed about & the young man continued as he was prior. Well you know Papa John's, I don't have to spend my money at your establishment. And I have family with whom I can spread the word. And there is social media. Some of us take seriously Covid 19. The cases are increasing all around us. Especially with the age group of your employee....

Former Papa Johns employee here(not this location). I always pick up my pizza because it's always fresher and doesn't steam itself in the delivery bag. I've never had any real issue with this location. They have gotten my order wrong a few times but it happens and they always remake me the correct pizza... and I always get to keep the incorrect pizza(tomorrow's lunch) for my wait. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that when I order extra pepperoni, I never get it, ever. Even though the employees insist it is... which I know is incorrect as a former employee. The Papa Johns websites definitely needs a 'Note To Food/Pizza Preparer' option, so I don't have to call just to ask them to put all of the...
