WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I will never ever go back to this place! The general manager (who's name starts w/ an L) was very rude! She was so unprofessional about everything! My mother and I went to enjoy a nice lunch, but it was everything but nice. The server had no idea what she was doing and gave us false information about being able to use the coupon we had. They waited until after we were finish with our meal to tell us we couldn't use the coupon when they said it was ok in the beginning. Then the manager called the police on us because of the issue. The Hapeville police were rude also, using foul language when speaking to us and continuing to say he was going to be a a** hole if we didn't resolve the issue. They were no help what-so-ever and only seemed to be getting agitated, also acting in an unprofessional manner. The manager stood and argued with us for over 30 mins. about how she wasn't going to honor our coupon. She spoke to us as if we were not paying customers. I felt very humiliated and discriminated. She acted very racist and hateful towards my mother and I over a simple coupon. She never once took responsibility for her actions to admit her staff had made a mistake in falsifying information before hand. There was no customer service used what-so-ever and it was HORRIBLE! She just wanted to give us a hard time. I would never recommend ANYONE to dine here. GO SOME WHERE ELSE! very horrible customer service! very unprofessional staff! I will never go back. It smelled like a smoke house or night club and the food was not all that. on a scale of 1 to 10 I give this place a 0 and the manager gets a 00. if you are looking for a nice place to eat or drink with a good professional staff, nice atmosphere, and not get the police called on you this is not the place for you. I had my 5th bad experience here and let me just talk about how the alcohol isn't what you order but instead is something else. I remember coming and ordering a margarita and asked for strawberry flavor. My second encounter was last night. When I ordered the drink and sipped it, I remembered immediately why I didn't order a drink my last time visiting with my sisters. The margarita was very salty and bitter. Of course like last time I didn't want the drink. A refund was non- negotiable but instead the manager was brought to the table and replaced my drink with just a shot of Tito's and I asked for the mix in separate cups but he mixed the mixers... I let that slide. So I poured what was advised to be Tito's in the cup of ice along with the Mango puree and Grenedine. Needless to say that I couldn't drink the drink. It was definitely not Tito's from the smell or the burning sensation. I couldn't even drink the drink and of course I paid for it because the waitress tried to keep me a happy customer and so did the manager but I couldn't drink the drink. It was definitely not what I ordered. After this experience, I won't be returning! There is nothing worse than a business does business like this. But, it's to be expected...sad to say. The management here is HORRIBLE! I ordered the Watermelon Ho but I despise watermelon and asked for it to be made with blueberry syrup. They made me a regular BlueMF , which is not blueberry. I then asked for it to be either strawberry or raspberry syrup. When the waitress brought me the drink it didn't taste like it had raspberry anything in it. I informed the waiter that it's disgusting and she went to speak with the managers see if she can change the drink or take it off my tab. The manager quickly told her that she was not taking anything off my tab. When asked to speak with the manager, she was extremely combative! She immediately told me that she wasn't taking anything off my tab. But I wasn't asking her to take anything off my tab, I just wanted a drink that I could drink. After numerous interruptions from the manager, I was finally able to ask her what I can do to make the drink better (a solution she should have come up with from jump instead of trying to argue with me!). Finally, she asked me what was wrong with the drink. I told her it was too strong and she informed me that I could get more syrup added.
