First off, not even remotely worth the traffic and headache. Arrived about 8pm to a 30 car line. Watched 3 employees in reflective gear practicing their golf swings when they were supposed to be assisting customers and guiding traffic. After a good 20 minute wait to make it into the parking lot we were approached by an employee who very unpleasantly asked "what do you want?". As it was our first (and last), visit we stated that we didn't know what to order as "we have never been here before." The employee proceeds to hand me a plastic coated menu that is beyond filthy and absolutely disgusting. At this point I honestly no longer had any desire to even order, but we were already 30 minutes into this circus. Figured the food must be great for all of this... Spoiler alert: it's not! Anways, we order our food and then ask for hand sanitizer or something to wash off the nasty grease from the communal menu that has been touched by who knows how many filthy hands. Was informed "we don't carry it." Great, now I just picked up every bug/germ from the thousands of people ahead of me who also touched that same menu. Awesome! So, after finally arriving at the window a good 15 minutes later after ordering, we noticed all the food and drinks laid outside the window on trays and in bags for customers whose orders were completed ahead of ours. There are no heat lamps, the bags of food were not sealed and the open drink containers were just soaking up all that lovely vehicle exhaust and dust; yummy! Now, I really have no interest in eating the food, merely out of a concern for a lack of sanitary standards and practices. Oh and to top it all off; the gentleman at the window proceeds to tell us they were out of most of the items we had ordered and that he could substitute or refund our money. At this point we just wanted to leave and find another place to get food but had to wait while people 10 cars behind us were being given their orders ahead of us as ours "wasn't ready yet." What an absolute disaster, disappointment and headache. As I said before, the food was definitely not worth it. Wendy's has way better chicken in my opinion. This location failed to provide any semblance of customer service or concern for their patrons safety, quality of product or experience. We will not be returning and I hope this review saves others from the same disappointment. If you do go, take hand sanitizer, your patience and request your bag to be sealed if they are just going to keep setting them outside unsealed. Not even sure how that passes any kind of health inspection in the first place, to be honest. Altogether, an absolute waste of time and money....

It's as if the pickles themselves had given up on life and were desperately pleading to be spared from this abomination of a sandwich. And then we come to the complete absence of sauce. Now, call me crazy, but I've always believed that a sandwich without sauce is like a car without an engineāit just doesn't work! The lack of any kind of sauce or condiment left the chicken dry and unappetizing. I was left desperately searching for even a hint of flavor, but alas, there was none to be found. It was a soulless, tasteless piece of poultry sandwiched between two pieces of bread, devoid of any redeeming qualities. Furthermore, the bread itself was nothing to write home about. It was soggy, lacking any semblance of firmness, and seemed to smoosh into a sad dough ball upon the slightest touch. One could argue that the bread was the only saving grace of this "sandwich," as it did its best to conceal the horrors within. In conclusion, this chicken sandwich was an absolute disgrace to the culinary world. The flaccid pickles and absence of sauce turned an already mediocre meal into an utterly repugnant experience. I would advise anyone with taste buds and a modicum of self-respect to steer clear of this abomination. There are far better options out there for those seeking a satisfying chicken sandwich, and this sad excuse for a meal is definitely not one of them.
