June 2025 - I love their recently added red bean egg puff!!!!! They have original, chocolate, matcha, and red bean options. The red bean is full size red bean; so delicious!
My go to snacks are fried tofu, and red bean egg puff. I got my friends hooked on them as well.
Clean, easy, and chill setting. They have posted menu in Vietnamese.
Bonus for opening late hours: 11am-10pm on weekdays, and 11am-11pm on weekend.
2024 - It is a bonus to have this T4 location opens late 7 days a week until 10pm! One of many reasons I am a frequent at this place. They do have stamps card so make sure you ask for one to get your 11th free!
Solid, consistent quality drinks and snacks. Many new faces behind the counter every I visited, yet I often came away still satisfied with the quality of my drink and snacks.
Lately, my usual favorite is Roasted Oolong Tea with no milk, no sugar, and extra grass jelly. Their price is a bit above average but nothing outrageous compared to other boba shops around the area. As I mentioned above, their quality is consistent which I appreciate and this is much easier said than done for places with expected rapid turnover of staff because the nature of food industry.
I'm not a big fan of boba but I few time my friends ordered, they are mostly fresh or made in the same day. Decent snacks on their menu I ordered often and would recommend are: fried tofu and egg waffles (I asked for extra crunchy), fried squid (circle cut like onion ring).
These snacks are okay, not bad but I wasn't too crazy about: lobster balls because it's lack of flavor, unagi (eel with white rice and green bean) because the green almost tasted like canned and the eel again lack flavor and not crispy to my preference.
Super casual and started to have tables and chairs inside since COVID started. Most patrons hang out are young and in groups.
I like that they have posted Vietnamese Menu on the left wall and staff...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLove this place overall but for certain drinks it's totally hit and miss. I am not into milky teas so I tried a few ice teas and my favorites are the honey peach royal tea, strawberry smoothie and the green Jasmine ice tea but while many teas made with syrups are very sweet, the green jasmine is always bitter unless you ask for extra sugar, I wish the taste of it was more predictable because sometimes it tastes AMAZING and it's my favorite, other times it tastes bitter and a bit like soap I wonder if it's a soap residue but it happened quite a few times and it's upsetting driving all the way there to get something I don't end up liking. I would say that many other drinks are too sweet so I need to ask for less sugar. One thing I like is that they have smaller size of pearl, which are hard to find in the area. Prices are a bit high, if you add the jelly you also pay extra for that . Make sure to ask for the card that gives you a free drink every 10 because I found out about it after going there many times ! I would recommend they add a little microphone and speaker to be able to hear what the customers say through the plexiglass so they don't get the wrong drink after being in line waiting for a while. I noticed that many people order food as well but I never tried , seems like fried stuff and not sure if they just fry it there or they actually make it there from scratch. The request of a tip for a take out drink feels...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFood is good, but the drinks are lackluster. The milk tea is a bit flavorless. Like a hint of tea or taro taste in milk. Basically just a slightly sweet milk most of the time. The tapioca pearls are decent, though. Usually fresh and chewy. The smoothies are a bit on the chunky and icy side, and are also watered down in flavor. The avocado smoothie was atrocious; it was bitter with no creamy avocado taste, and there were bits of the rind blended into the drink that I had to pick out of my mouth. I donāt like their smoothies, but their royal fruit teas seem to be pretty good! My husband enjoys the grapefruit tea especially. The amber pearl latte is decentālike a slightly less decadent brown sugar boba milk drink. Itās just unfortunate that you canāt get it without ice. The food is quite tasty. I enjoy the curly fries, the basil popcorn chicken, and the fried tofu. The unagi meal set was decent. I enjoy the food more than the drinks here. My brother really likes the basil...
