Dunkin' — Restaurant in Harborcreek Township

I ran into this location to grab a dozen of donuts on 4/6 just after 8 pm. I opened the door to find a pair of crocs laying on the floor in front of me. The girl that came out didn’t acknowledge me since she was busy hurling insults to somebody in the back. To which she was getting likewise responses. Poor boy came out and rung me out quietly. The second girl came out from the back carrying her food. She rounded the counter to come out to eat at one of the tables. She was obviously the owner of the crocs at the front door as she was walking through this place in her socks. I was so genuinely shocked to see all of this that I went through with the purchase but sitting in my car I have decided to throw away the food. If they’re that unprofessional and unsanitary in a commercial kitchen that’s serving the public, I know they aren’t following sanitary protocols with the food either. Stay far away from this...

They are always extremely busy. They sometimes close the drive thru and refuse to make any food because of this, but they still let you order food in the app. The employees are doing the best they can, however, the manager does not turn off app ordering and then you have to go in and fight your way to the front of the line and beg them to make at least part of your order. Any part of your order they are not able to make, they won’t give you a refund for. I can’t blame them for the staffing shortage but management needs to take better control of the situation by blocking off the drive thru when it’s closed and turning off the mobile app when they are out or unable to make food. $14 on two matcha lattes with no ice they didn't fill up the cup even half way Tiffany was the cashier and she laughed and said there's less when we don't add ice. I didn't get ice because there isn't much match added when there is ice. This is the reason I rather spend the extra money at Starbuck or any convenient store. Quality is so bad and customer service is even worse. I can't put the survey in because the code isn't valid and the store number isn't valid to contact anyone on their website.
