So we've only been here one time, the drinks we tried were ok but most of all I love that it's veteran owned - as the daughter of two veterans, great-granddaughter and granddaughter of veterans, sister-in-law of an active duty soldier, sister of a veteran & wife of a veteran, etc I have nothing BUT respect for our Armed Forces & veteran owned business... I was simply craving Starbucks on our way out of town for Christmas so my husband parked in a spot between your store and SBs to run inside SBs real fast to grab our order bc drive-thru was atrocious, and there were NO markers stating who's spots belonged to which store but it was between both buildings, one of your employees came outside and walked toward my husband's truck and took a picture of his tail end/license plate, he didn't have magnets or decals bc it's a newer vehicle so all that was back there was the normal GMC Sierra AT4 logos and his standard license plate, I don't get the point in that. You could have come up to my window and asked me to move the truck if we were in one of y'alls spots, I would've made no qualms about it. Iâve been ordering coffee from Black Rifle Company daily, but lately, I havenât encountered the same person taking my orders. Unfortunately, the coffee hasnât been prepared correctly, and twice now, theyâve removed the milk from my drink. I think the employees may need some retraining or reminders to ask the right questions about specific orders since I always get the same thing.
Iâm becoming increasingly frustrated because I have to drive back to ensure I receive what I paid for. Thereâs one employeeâwho I think is the managerâwho consistently gets my order right, but when others take my order, it seldom turns out correctly. For instance, I always order a 1776 with an extra shot, no whipped cream, and half and half. Today, the coffee was extremely dark and tasted very bitter because they didnât add any milk. The tag on the cup even stated "no milk," but I never asked for it to be left out; I just requested half and half to be added because the man who usually takes my order ^^ will ask me and I will say yes..    Read moreGot in at 11:25, waited for around 10 minutes before finally getting my order. Note that I was the ONLY person in line. I specifically ordered the nitro cold brew to make up for the time. Instead, the barista took TWO orders after me immediately, instead of making them wait like she made me wait. She even skipped me and made one of their hot coffees before mine. Chatted with them casually as well, while I stand there waiting for a coffee that took only 25 seconds to pour when she finally felt like doing it. I even left a 5 dollar tip! I've never been so disappointed. I worked 15 years in the service industry and it felt like the biggest slap in the face. I tried to really like this place, but both times the service is so SO insanely slow, this time was blatantly rude. Save your money and time and go to Starbucks next door. I could've went through the drive thru twice (they had 10+) cars by the way, and still would've gotten done before my cold brew was poured Ha.
