Young lady with the medium gauges in ears, red shirt today (7/5/2023 at 10:30am) and tattoo on back of left forearm saying “KAISER” truly needs work on customer service. Extremely unprofessional and too much to explain on a review board but Starbucks has prided themselves on getting to know their customers (especially those that frequent their establishment). This is not my first encounter with her but I let that one go thinking…okay, just a rough day. This has appeared to be a pattern. As I was sitting at the window waiting patiently for the young lady to finish with the order over the headset, I noticed a “KINDNESS” written statement in the window. I even said to her “I hope your day gets better with a smile and asked her to smile…she rudely gestured back and rolled her eyes.
Seriously needs to be applied with this young lady and if customer service is not her niche, probably needs to find something else where she will be happier and kind towards others.
The food was luke warm and coffee was tepid but this could be because I waited for a while for her to finish over the headset. Sadly, this repeated situation is proving true what many people have said verbally about this particular Starbucks…it’s going down hill and the kind, happy people who did work there and made the place lively are no longer there. Read moreFellow barista and I am honestly let down by this store, on several occasions of purchasing drinks at this store the staff has been short and rude with me after my purchase. Ordered three drinks and was not given a carrier, or straws with my drinks and the baristas were too caught up in thier tasks to even look up to ask if there was a problem or even look my way when addressed. Yes I understand if there was a rush or long drive through line but that wasnt the case at all. Today was the last straw, when people order no ice at my store we HAVE to fill thier drinks to the top because that is policy, yet today I got a half full drink when I asked for no ice. Yes I understand it was an iced grande americano but I only asked for a splash of soy and when I was handed my drink she did not even put water in it because it was only filled to the second line on the cup. Only after I picked up my not even half filled drink and examined it for a whole minute did the barista exclaimed she forgot to add water in a completely non-appologetic manner. Thankfully I carry a bottle of water on me at all times and told her it was fine because I am not one to make a scene. What bothers me is that the barista was perfectly content in handing me a half full drink and didn't even bother to ask if I wanted to fill it to the top with FREE water! Read moreThis Starbucks is a complete joke.... from the rude staff to the extremely long wait times in the drive thru and even inside. It is conveniently located to my home... so I go quite often. Drinks are constantly made wrong... and if I even tell them about it... I get attitude as if it's my fault. Most of the time I say nothing and suck it up as wasted money. That's my fault for sure. Because I don't want to wait any longer than I already did to receive the screwed up drink order or deal with the unprofessional employees. Frankly, I'm not impressed with any of the Starbucks in town... as I have traveled all over and have had Starbucks in most of the major cities in the US.... so giving any of the stores in this area more than one star would be over exaggerating. The store located on Ft Hood St is by far the better of any of them as far as kind customer service and rarely screwing up the drink order. Harker Heights definitely needs some retraining on how to make the drinks and each employee could learn the proper ettiquette needed to work in customer service. Yes ...
