After waiting literally 25 minutes for my coffee this morning, I finally got to the window. I noticed that the area was empty and saw a girl with burgundy curls and lashes and a redhead with pigtails aimlessly wondering about. When she finally came to the window, I asked if they were short staffed. She sarcastically with a smile that they were busy, do I not see all of these people then walked off. When she returned I said she could have simply said that they were busy and she so sorry for the wait as my baby could be heard screaming from the back seat. She continued to argue with me but in a fake nice belittling way. Then red head with the pig tails came to the window and attempted to take my payment. Something is wrong with their scanner, I showed her my bank account where I definitely had the funds to cover my purchase. Then another barista came up insisting I be helped inside and mentioning aren’t I in a rush? After finally getting my payment to process the third heavy set lady with her hair in a bun told me to never return to this location. I get Starbucks every single day so you already know how much money I spend here. I did not deserve their rudeness, disrespect or attempting to embarrass me by walking down the line of cars behind me and having them honk at me while my payment processed. Is it OK if I can just save my drink for a different day you know I’ll just get one today And she absolutely not that doesn’t work like that you know and I was like well can I get a coupon or something you know because it’s not my fault that you guys don’t have none of your ingredients she said absolutely not so I just proceeded to take the brown sugar shake espresso, when I got it I was really unhappy with the color because I KNOW that when it has coffee in the bottom, it’s supposed to be a lot darker if made correctly so I asked her if I can please get my drink remade she proceeded to say call me out my name, Was not gonna serve me, which is crazy because that’s a barista promise. Read moreI have been going to this store for over 3 years now and never had a bad experience until I pulled up to a drive through window today and was handed a cup of burning hot coffee that wasn’t covered properly, i didn’t even have time to blink, it splashed all over my steering wheel, my lap and my left hand and arm. It was so painful and scary. I told the lady that the lid wasn’t on fully. I put the cup in the cup holder and asked for napkins then the young lady proceeded to tell she was going to bring me something cold for my hand, she brought a wet napkin, I sat there for a minute in shock. Then checked my hand, it was very red but I didn’t see a burn. I checked the lid and it won’t even stay on, then I asked the lady to close it for me and gave her the cup, I think she may have switched lids but it was still very loose. She asked if there was anything she could do for me 😳 and said she was sorry. I just left. My thigh is red and my car seats are covered in coffee. I honestly never expected that from Starbucks. She should have at least pulled the manager and ensure I wasn’t injured. With the amount of money I spend there this was atrocious...
